Calle was born in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan, where she began gymnastics at the age of six. For the next eight years, she did competitive gymnastics up to level eight, winning eight first-place medals in balance beam and parallel bar events, and many other medals for events in floor.
Throughout her time at Lakeview High School, Calle found a love for Detroit sports, which inspired her to be more passionate about fitness and health. Her love for the gym inspired her to continue her education in this field when choosing a major in college.
Currently, Calle is enrolled at Wayne State University majoring in Nutrition and Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science. She will be graduating in the spring of 2020. Her future goals include working alongside a professional sports team as a trainer and becoming a registered dietitian to help people get a better understanding of nutrition and how food impacts performance.
When Calle isn’t at RedLine Athletics, she enjoys spending her free time around friends and family and watching her favorite sports teams.
