The 10,500 square foot facility features designated spaces to focus on speed and agility training, flexibility & mobility, age-appropriate strength development, as well as Sports performance training for all sports!

Brad earned a degree in Exercise Sports Science from Spring Arbor University. His sophomore basketball season culminated in a National Championship and his junior and senior baseball seasons finished as National Runners Up. After being named the Male Athlete of the Year, an All American and the National Pitcher of the Year, Brad signed a contract to play for the Cleveland Indians. Brad’s Redline story started as an intern at the original Redline Athletics location in California. He has been a VP with the National Support Center since 2013 and has been the owner of Redline Scottsdale since February of 2023. Brad has been working with young athletes for 15 years and currently offers personal training in speed, strength, and baseball skill development. Brad has been married for 14 years has two girls (9 and 7) and a boy (4).

Meet Phil, our dedicated Director of Sports Performance at Redline Athletics, originating from Southern California. With a sports performance coaching career since 2015, Phil has been instrumental in enhancing the athletic prowess of a diverse range of athletes, from grade school to the professional level. Joining the Redline family in 2019, he has since played a crucial role in creating a dynamic and enjoyable environment where individuals can improve their speed, agility, strength, and power. Phil takes joy in witnessing the growth of athletes both in and out of the gym, recognizing the transformative power of progress. His mission is clear: to help athletes progress, perform, and prevail on and off the field, making him an invaluable asset to the Redline team.

Brady, a dedicated Redline staff member for 2.5 years, is a proud graduate of Basha High School in Chandler. With a passion for baseball, he pursued his sport at Santa Barbara City College as well as Gateway Community College. Brady’s journey eventually led him to land an internship at Redline during his senior year at Arizona State, where he later joined the team after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Brady is driven by a profound passion to nurture and instill essential qualities in young athletes. His dedication extends beyond merely developing their skills in sports, Brady is committed to cultivating character and life skills. With a focus on fostering resilience, discipline, and teamwork, he strives to mold not only great athletes but also individuals equipped for success both on and off the field. Brady’s genuine desire to contribute to the growth of young talents reflects his belief in the transformative power of sports in shaping lives.

Sydney has been a valued member of the Redline Athletics family since January 2023, initially joining as an ASU intern during her Sports Science bachelor’s program. Following her graduation, Sydney transitioned into the role of Sports Performance Specialist (SPS), where she leads our semi-private athletic development sessions alongside other Scottsdale coaches.
With over four years of experience in the coaching side of the fitness and performance industry, Sydney brings a wealth of knowledge to her current coaching role. She is deeply committed to the holistic development of young athletes, both on and off the field. As a staunch supporter of the Redline Athletics Character Development Program, Sydney endeavors to empower Redline athletes to thrive both inside and outside the gym.

Meet Kolten, an Arizona native and graduate of Sandra Day O’Connor High School. After receiving seven football scholarship offers upon graduation, Kolten chose to attend Minot State University for one season. However, he soon realized his true passion lay in helping athletes of all levels achieve their full potential. Currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at Glendale Community College, Kolten was raised in a family deeply rooted in health and wellness. With his father owning and operating gyms across the valley and his mother’s notable career as a nurse spanning over two decades, Kolten developed a strong desire to support and uplift others. Now, he has found his calling at Redline Athletics, where he continues to make a positive impact on athletes’ lives.
