Aden earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University, where he played Division II baseball. Aden is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is currently working towards becoming a certified strength and conditioning coach. Aden’s educational and athletic backgrounds serve him well when it comes to developing science-based, sports specific training programs for young athletes, especially. In addition to baseball, Aden also grew up playing football and basketball and has been working out consistently since middle school. Slightly undersized, at a modest 5’7” (and a half), Aden has always relied on his speed and athleticism to stand out amongst his
teammates and competition. To this day, Aden’s training style revolves around cultivating those same attributes that evoked his passion for exercise science and sports performance.
