From the youth athlete trying to make the team to the high school athlete working to compete at the next level, our flexible schedule is easily adaptable for your busy life. We are especially adept at customizing a training program to complement school hours and team commitments.

1 ON 1 TRAINING AND LESSONS

Concentrate on specific skills to enhance your game. Typically, 1-on-1 sessions are scheduled for 30 to 60 minutes and must be scheduled in advance with your trainer.

INTRO TO SPORTS

Professionally-coached early athletic development program tailored for athletes ages 3 to 7 of any skill level.  They’ll enjoy learning to catch, throw, kick, run, skip and more in this fun, upbeat program.

Functional workouts led by certified professionals who will tailor and modify your training based on your goals.  Effective, fun, and great for all fitness levels.

Dechristeon Wilson

Dechristeon Wilson

Director of Sports Performance

Coach Wilson was born and raised in Rayville, Louisiana. He attended Rayville High School where he was 1st team all-district and a two-time academic all district. After high school, he continued his playing career at Mcneese State University. He was a three-year letterman at Mcneese State before forgoing his senior year to become the Defensive line coach/Strength & Conditioning assistant at the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas. After one year of coaching, he decided to move back to Louisiana and obtain a National
Academy Sports Medicine (NASM) certification as a personal trainer and a Masters Degree in Kinesiology at Louisiana State University. Dechristeon’s passion is watching/playing sports, fitness and developing athletes. Let’s Geauxxx!!!

Administrative Coordinator/Sports Performance Specialist

Ruby was a multi-sport athlete her entire life. She is working on her degree in Early Childhood Development Studies. She has experience as a swim and youth sports instructor, and currently directs our Intro to Sports program. She absolutely loves working with kids and youth athlete and building relationships with every family that walks through the door!

Shannon Evans

Shannon Evans

General Manager

Shannon was a 3-sport athlete at Barbers Hill High School – starting all 4 years in basketball, and received collegiate offers in both basketball and softball. She was awarded multiple tournament MVP selections, district
defensive MVP honors, and was a member of the 2011-2012 State finals basketball team.  She then went on a full scholarship to play basketball at Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL – where she was awarded
Freshman of the Year in the SSAC, but then ended up needing 4 ACL reconstruction surgeries that ended her basketball career.  She graduated with a degree in Sports Management, and has since been the Director
of Operations for a real estate investment firm, started coaching high school girls’ basketball, as well as trains basketball athletes up to the collegiate level. Shannon is blessed to be able to pair her love of sports with her love of leadership and looks forward to developing great athletes!

Mary has enjoyed being around sports her entire life. Born and raised in Houston, she grew up a competitive swimmer and then went on to spend 3 years as the Content Manager for a real estate investment firm after graduating from SCCHE in 2016. Now, she combines her love of sports and creativity as she captures the day-to-day action that you see online here at Redline Athletics Sugar Land!

Kennadee Pringle

Sports Performance Specialist

Coach Pringle joins us from California where she coached Track & Field at Cajon High School as the Head Sprints and Hurdles Coach. She specializes in speed & agility, specifically hurdles. She trains all ages and skill levels. She ran track most of her life, competing all over the world. In high school, she was ranked 8th in the district for hurdles where she then went on to compete collegiately at Crown College, then later transferred back to Nebraska where she interned with the UNL track team and studied Sports Management. Her passion is working with young athletes helping them perfect their craft and feeling confident in who they are.

Jordan Jeanlouis

Sports Performance Specialist

Jordan attended Aldine High School in North Houston where he was a 2 sport all-district athlete in baseball and football. After high school, he attended “The” Prairie View A&M University. He was a 3-year letterman playing baseball. He then graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Human Performance. He is now currently involved in pro baseball. His goal is to provide a place where athletes can get proper sport-specific instruction/training, as well as intensive recovery and wellness needs. He is also a youth minister at New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Freeport, Texas. His passion is people, and the greatest thing that we can do daily, is Love who we are, Love what we do, and Love the people we come in contact with.
