Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
Matt McGee is the Director of Sports Performance for Redline Athletics – Coppell. Coach Matt grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and was a multiple sport athlete throughout his high school years. He attended Western Illinois University, where he received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science. After graduating, Matt achieved his Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the NSCA and began his career in the strength and conditioning field. Matt has worked in multiple settings over the past decade, including positions as a high school strength and conditioning coach, as well as many years in the private sector. Matt has had the opportunity to work with athletes ranging from youth athletes, NCAA collegiate athletes and numerous professional athletes. Matt believes in taking a holistic training approach to all athletes he works with and strives to make it a challenging yet enjoyable experience for each athlete. Having received certifications as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and taking multiple courses focused on the art of coaching, Matt has developed a well rounded education that allows him to better serve all athletes. Matt moved to Texas with his wife Randi in 2020 and they have greatly enjoyed getting settled in and looking forward to making a positive impact on the community going forward.
Amber Blake is the Director of Business Development for Redline Athletics – Coppell. Amber holds a Certification in both BioMechanics and Personal Training and has been working with youth of all ages for more than 10 years. Most recently, Amber managed a gymnastics training facility in Southern California, starting as a floor trainer and ultimately to the Facility Director. Growing up, she competed in soccer, cross country, and power lifting. Today, she leans on her athletic background and business development expertise to empower young athletes to pursue and achieve their athletic goals.
Coach Trace is a Sports Performance Specialist and Baseball Coach for Redline Athletics – Coppell. Trace began his collegiate career at Meridian (MS) Community College before transferring to complete his career at Mississippi College. He extended his playing career in the Expedition League for Spearfish Sasquatch (South Dakota) in the summer of 2019, before he turned his attention to coaching. Trace was a Student Assistant at Mississippi College and coached a summer league team in the Southeast Collegiate League (SECL) in 2019 & 2020. Trace received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Mississippi College, and is currently enrolled at Parker University seeking his Doctor of Chiropractic. Trace is recently completed his C1 CrossFit certification, and will lead Redline’s strength and conditioning sessions in addition to personal training and baseball instruction.
Dorothy Williams is Redline’s Fitness Specialist, and she leads all Adult Fitness programming at Redline Athletics – Coppell. Dorothy is the owner and operator of Fitness Affect, and has been training clients ranging from youth athletes to seniors for more than 10 years. She is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, and has also received certifications as a Youth Fitness Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Weight Loss Specialist. Dorothy received her bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising from Texas Womens University, but it was through her own weight loss journey that she discovered her passion for fitness and helping others achieve their own personal goals. This journey led her to a second bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, bodybuilding competitions, and hundreds of lives impacted.
Jomri Paule is a Sports Performance Specialist and Soccer Coach for Redline Athletics – Coppell. Jomri is a recent graduate of Founders Classical Academy where he was a two-year varsity captain. Jomri’s soccer roots run deep in the community, having started his soccer days through the Greater Lewisville Area Soccer Association. Jomri currently plays club ball for the Dallas Kicks Soccer Club, as he pursues semi-pro and collegiate playing opportunities. Jomri’s love for the game led him to Redline, and he particularly enjoys sharing his knowledge with our young players.
Will Gragg is a Sports Performance Specialist and Football Coach at Redline. Will received his Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation and Sport Management from the University of Arkansas where he played tight end for the Razorbacks. After completing his degree, Will transferred to the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work while finishing his final two years of eligibility with the Panthers. Will was rated as the #3 overall prospect in Arkansas and the named to the ESPN 300 coming out of high school. Off the field, Will was a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Arkansas, and he is also a youth sports official. Will was a multi-sport athlete in high school, excelling in basketball and baseball, in addition to his time on the gridiron.
