Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
Joel Rockmore is the Director of Sports Performance at Redline. He joins the Coppell team after spending the past year as a Sports Performance Specialist and Football Instructor at Redline Keller. Joel was a three-year letterman at Northeastern State University in Oklahoma and two-year team captain. He was an All-MIAA selection at running back three years during his collegiate career. After receiving his bachelor of science degree in media studies, Joel has trained youth athletes and adults in various roles, along with sales and business experience. He is a certified personal trainer and currently working towards his CSCS. Joel was an All-State selection and District MVP his senior year at Lake Worth High School, where he led the Bullfrogs with 2074 yards rushing and 35 TDs.
Jessie Spearman is the Director of Business Development for the Coppell performance center. Originally from Houston, Jessie was a standout athlete, earning first team all district honors in basketball his senior year. He went on to study kinesiology and continue his basketball career at Cornell College, where he also was a 20-game starter as a freshman. He then pursued an education of Christian Ministry at Southwestern Assemblies of God University, where he would meet his future wife Alexis. He also found a passion of personal training and fitness. This led him to obtain his Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, and has been training adults and youth athletes for the past three years. Jessie has also held various roles in customer relations and sales, and has also served as a youth camp counselor and basketball coach. Jessie’s broad range of experience as a collegiate athlete and Certified Personal Trainer – along with years of customer relationship roles – will be a great benefit to our members at Coppell.
MacKenna Crocker is a Sports Performance Specialist for Redline Athletics – Coppell. Born and raised in California, MacKenna is a recent graduate from Texas Christian University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. MacKenna was a competitive cheer athlete, competing and winning multiple national event s over her career. During her academic studies, MacKenna found a passion for strength and conditioning. She gained valuable experience in sports performance and injury prevention through internships at Sport Academy at The Star, Sportherapy Norththwest, and Complete Sports Performance and Rehab. Since graduating, MacKenna has worked as a physical therapy technician, and is working toward a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and also studying for a nutrition certification. Her goal is to work with athletes in a strength and conditioning role to assist with both injury prevention and return-to-play preparation. She looks forward to helping athletes of all ages reach their full potential.
Demicya Griffin is a Sports Performance Specialist for Redline Athletics. Demicya graduated from the University of Central Arkansas where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Health Behavioral Sciences and Health Coaching. At UCA, Demicya was on a track & field scholarship, competing in the 400m and 1600m relay, as well as cross-training with the cross country team. Demicya graduated from Gilmer High School where she was a multi-sport athlete, where she excelled in volleyball, basketball and track & field. Demicya was an all-district selection in both volleyball and basketball, and was selected as Defensive MVP in basketball as a senior. But it was her accolades on the track that garnered her scholarship offers. Demicya was a 4-time Gold medalist and Regional Qualifier in high jump, sprint relay and mile relay. Now, Demicya is pursuing certifications as a personal trainer and sports performance specialist, and looking forward to developing killer speed for Redline athletes.
Brandon Kane is a Sports Performance Specialist and Football Coach for Redline Athletics. Brandon is currently completing his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Texas, majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in health promotion. Brandon is a football athlete who played offensive line at Emporia State University and UNT. Brandon has previously worked as flexologist at Stretch Lab, and a physical therapy assistant at a sports rehab clinic in the Denton area. As part of his undergraduate degree, Brandon also completed an internship at Sports Academy in Frisco, developing training programs and exercise plans for athletes of all ages. A native of Arlington, Brandon was an Academic All District selection at Arlington Bowie High School.
Milly Lopez leads our Yoga program at Redline Athletics. She has been practicing yoga for 20 years, and her practice has transitioned into something beyond the physical practice and extended beyond her yoga mat. Her practice is an ever-evolving path to mindfulness. Milly completed 200HR RYT certification in 2017 with Soul Motivation Yoga, to deepen her personal yoga practice. But she soon realized her desire to share her passion and practice with others to facilitate the healing elements of yoga. In 2021, Milly completed her 300HR RYT certification. Now, Milly is leading a custom program for Redline Athletics, where classes are designed to be welcoming, accessible, uplifting and well rounded. She spends time working on the body, mind, heart and spirit in every class she leads, so you will feel connected and centered.
Jomri Paule is a Sports Performance Specialist and Soccer Coach for Redline Athletics – Coppell. Jomri is a recent graduate of Founders Classical Academy where he was a two-year varsity captain. Jomri’s soccer roots run deep in the community, having started his soccer days through the Greater Lewisville Area Soccer Association. Jomri currently plays club ball for the Dallas Kicks Soccer Club, as he pursues semi-pro and collegiate playing opportunities. Jomri’s love for the game led him to Redline, and he particularly enjoys sharing his knowledge with our young players.
