Hello, my name is Ally Shelton, I am a Ventura local and have been playing soccer competitively for 17 years. Throughout my youth, I played for Eagles Soccer Club in Camarillo. I trained at the highest level, ‘Elite Club National League,’ which allowed me to travel to camps and tournaments all around the United States. I attended Buena High School where I was offered many Division One (D1) scholarships. I committed to the University of Montana during my Junior year at Buena High School. After a year, I transferred to the University of California Santa Barbara to continue my athletic and academic career. As a student athlete who was plagued with many injuries in the process, I was still able to maintain a 3.8 academic average. I understand the dedication and commitment needed to be successful as an athlete at the Division 1 level and enjoy the ability to share my experiences with the youth in my community. Throughout my athletic career I have trained with the best in the world, and I am truly excited to bring that same passion, experience and fire to my training at Redline Athletics Ventura.

She was recruited to play at California Lutheran University with an academic scholarship. There she was named to the AllSCIAC team. While being a student-athlete, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Sports Psychology. Celeste understands the challenges of being a student-athlete and always made it a priority to maintain her high academic standards while participating at the collegiate level. She is a lifetime member of the National Honor Society, Dean’s List at VC, and a member of CLU Scholar-Athlete Society. Celeste is also an Assistant Softball Coach at CLU where she encourages hard work, discipline, motivation, and enjoyment of the sport, all of which are necessary to excel at any level of play. Her love for the sport and the desire for continual improvement has incorporated years of personal training, weightlifting, speed & agility camps, one on one sessions, and hitting lessons with the World Men’s Fastpitch Champion pitcher. Her desire to “pay it forward” has brought her to Redline Athletics Ventura where she is excited to bring her knowledge, skills level, and passion for the sport to all athletes.
