Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
Shawn serves as the head sports performance coach at Redline Athletics San Antonio-Tradesman. In this role, he leads the programming, testing, and application of science-supported methods at Redline. He’s best known for his attention to detail, extensive coaching experience, motivational coaching style, and passion for helping athletes achieve their best possible performance.
Originally from Pleasant Valley, IA, Shawn attended Iowa State University where he earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Science and then his Master’s in Exercise and Sports Science. While at ISU, he also competed as a Baseball Player and Swimmer.
