Our brand-new training center covers more than 10,000 square feet, including a basketball/volleyball court area, cages for hitting/pitching, and low profile turf for speed and agility training.

1 ON 1 TRAINING AND LESSONS

Concentrate on specific skills to enhance your game. Typically, 1-on-1 sessions are scheduled for 30 to 60 minutes and must be scheduled in advance with your trainer.

INTRO TO SPORTS

While in High School: during my high school experience I competed in state tournaments for men’s singles and doubles tennis and swam for the Arlington Stingrays Recreational Swim Team.

My name is Tri Nguyen. I am finishing my Bachelor of Science in the study of Kinesiology at fall of 2020 and will continue to pursue my studies for my master’s at the University of Texas Arlington. My field of studies has always been in the field of science and with my background of sports and strength training, I wanted to enhance my knowledge to help improve the overall life of people and surrounding communities. In my pursuit of this dream, I want to educate the youth population to better improve the way they train and improve their lifestyle through proper biomechanics, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and overall fitness. My goal is to ensure that athletes trained under my supervision has the best and updated knowledge so that they can achieve their athletic goals in the most efficient and safe way. This will provide more progressive style of training allowing athletes to withhold their longevity in the sport that they participate in.
