1 ON 1 TRAINING AND LESSONS

Concentrate on specific skills to enhance your game. Typically, 1-on-1 sessions are scheduled for 30 to 60 minutes and must be scheduled in advance with your trainer.

INTRO TO SPORTS

Professionally-coached early athletic development program tailored for athletes ages 3 to 7 of any skill level.  They’ll enjoy learning to catch, throw, kick, run, skip and more in this fun, upbeat program.

Tyiana Helm

Tytiana Helm

Director of Business Development

Tytiana is a Philadelphia native, where she ran track & field and was a member of performing arts at her high school. Tytiana has obtained her bachelor’s degree in Health Education & Promotion from Morgan State University. There, she expressed her passion for health promotion through sports medicine, student government association health sector, and the National Council of Negro Women. Her path to greater sports performance includes spreading knowledge on nurturing every aspect of what makes a great athlete!

Marcus Teamer

Marcus Teamer

Director of Sports Performance

Marcus is a former collegiate football player at Fairmont State University where he pursued a masters in Human Movement. He is certified through NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Functional Movement Systems levels 1 and 2. He has a plethora of experience training and writing programs for multiple sports and level of athletes ranging from youth to elite professional. Before Redline he was the Director of Sports Performance at Alderson Broaddus University.

SAM SNYDER

Sports Performance Specialist

Sam is a former track and field thrower at the University of Rhode Island where he completed a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. He achieved a Master’s in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and a Certified Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. Sam has a wide variety of experience through internships and strength coach positions from multiple Division I colleges and athletic training centers. Along with being a Sports Performance Specialist at Redline, Sam currently works as an Exercise Physiologist at Princeton Longevity Center in Fairfax, VA.

TRISTAN WALKER

Sports Performance Specialist

Tristan grew up in Waldorf, Maryland, attending North Point High School and John Wesley University in High Point, NC, where he earned a degree in counseling. He loves working with youth athletes and has been at Redline for over a year. Tristan played college soccer with the JWU Lions as a goalkeeper. During his college career, Tristan also played Semi-Pro soccer with the Baltimore Kings. Among many other activities while in college, Tristan helped coach the women’s goalkeepers for two years before becoming the head Goalkeeper coach for both the women’s and men’s teams at Piedmont International University. Tristan hopes to assist as many youth athletes achieve his level of success and more as possible in the future. Tristan primarily works at the Redline facility in Springfield, VA.

Nate Britt

NATE BRITT

Visiting Basketball Specialist

Nate Britt, a native of PG County, Maryland, attended Gonzaga College High School for three years where he was awarded DC Gatorade Player of the Year, All-Met 1st and 2nd team then finished his last year at Oak Hill Academy. On a basketball scholarship, Nate attended the University of North Carolina where he played in the Round of 32, Sweet 16, and two Championship games in the NCAA Tournament. Finishing up his senior year season, Nate won the NCAA National Championship. Currently, he plays professional basketball. Nate is passionate about giving back to his community. During his offseason he uses his basketball expertise to host clinics, camps, training, and mentoring. Nate is currently running Redline Athletics – Bowie basketball clinic.

Damante McNeill

DAMANTE MCNEILL

Visiting Basketball Specialist

Damante McNeill is from Largo, MD. He played youth basketball with the Kettering Boys and Girls Club, and played AAU with DC Assault. He went to Largo High School c/o, 2012 Regional Champs and State Finalist. He also played at Lackawanna Junior College, before playing and graduating from the Livingstone College c/o 2019. Damante is currently running Redline Athletics – Bowie basketball clinic.
