Tytiana is a Philadelphia native, where she ran track & field and was a member of performing arts at her high school. Tytiana has obtained her bachelor’s degree in Health Education & Promotion from Morgan State University. There, she expressed her passion for health promotion through sports medicine, student government association health sector, and the National Council of Negro Women. Her path to greater sports performance includes spreading knowledge on nurturing every aspect of what makes a great athlete!
Marcus is a former collegiate football player at Fairmont State University where he pursued a masters in Human Movement. He is certified through NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Functional Movement Systems levels 1 and 2. He has a plethora of experience training and writing programs for multiple sports and level of athletes ranging from youth to elite professional. Before Redline he was the Director of Sports Performance at Alderson Broaddus University.
Dominik is a former collegiate football player at Fairmont State University, where he earned his degrees in Business Management and Marketing. With his love for athletics, he became an assistant strength and conditioning coach as well as an assistant track coach at Great Mills High School for four years. Dominik developed athletes ranging from the high school level to the professional level. He is passionate about developing and mentoring athletes to reach their full potential and be their best selves.
Dana is a former collegiate D1 lacrosse player at Kennesaw State University in Georgia, where she earned her degrees in Political Science. Her passion for social justice and athletics pushed her to become a Coach for her former club team Maryland United Lacrosse Club, and start her private training session for speed, agility, and lacrosse skills. Dana has been coaching at the club level for four years now after playing for over 10 years. She is passionate about helping athletes grow stronger lacrosse IQ to understand the game better. Still, her top
priority is to help athletes build confidence in their abilities to all be competitive leaders on and off the field. As a Prince George’s county native, Dana is excited to join the Redline Team to help grow the game in the area and help more girls of color pick up a lacrosse stick and play!
Lynetta Kizer was a professional basketball player for the Connecticut Sun of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) and Olympiacos of Greece. Before playing college basketball at the University of Maryland, she went to high school at Potomac in Dumfries, VA where she was selected to be a McDonald’s All-American and lead her high school and travel team to many titles. At the University of Maryland, she was named the ACC Rookie of the Year, honorable mention to the All-ACC team and the ACC Sixth Man Award. She was drafted 29th overall to the WNBA and had an impact on every team she was a part of. She played 166 games with 28 starts over six seasons. She had a total of 1,028 points, 477 rebounds, 85 steals, 54 assists, and 40 blocks.
She was an athletic and dominant rebounder that had a consistent mid-range jumper.
Kameryn Trussell is a recent graduate of Hampton University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. She was a part of the Track and Field team all four years, ending out her senior year as captain. Her events included the 400H, Heptathlon, Triple Jump and 4×4 Relay. She has contributed to an Indoor and Outdoor Big South Conference Championship title in 2019 and Student-Athlete Academic Honors. As a Prince George’s County native, Kameryn attended Suitland High School and was a part of their CVPA dance program which became an extension to her 15 years of pre-professional dance. At Suitland she was awarded 2015-2016 Maryland All-State Dancer, and also became a Company member during her tenure. With her knowledge in sprinting, jumping, throwing, dance and the human body she works to promote physical, mental and holistic health for every athlete’s success. Kameryn’s main goal is to inspire any and every athlete she comes in contact with and pushes them to reach higher heights to be the best athlete they can be to ultimately achieve all their goals.
