Daniel is a former collegiate basketball player for Bridgewater College. While at Bridgewater he pursed a degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. During his undergraduate studies Daniel took part in an internship with the Strength and Conditioning staff at
Bridgewater. Furthering his development in the field of Sports Performance, Daniel received a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology. After the completion of his Master’s program, Daniel received his NSCA CSCS certification and his EP-C certification.
Through his time spent in the classroom and internship rotations Daniel has experience developing and creating programs for multiple athletes and sports teams. Daniel wants to help give back to younger athletes by helping these athletes become better versions of themselves.
Dana is a former collegiate D1 lacrosse player at Kennesaw State University in Georgia, where she earned her degrees in Political Science. Her passion for social justice and athletics pushed her to become a Coach for her former club team Maryland United Lacrosse Club, and start her private training session for speed, agility, and lacrosse skills. Dana has been coaching at the club level for four years now after playing for over 10 years. She is passionate about helping athletes grow stronger lacrosse IQ to understand the game better. Still, her top
priority is to help athletes build confidence in their abilities to all be competitive leaders on and off the field. As a Prince George’s county native, Dana is excited to join the Redline Team to help grow the game in the area and help more girls of color pick up a lacrosse stick and play!
Lynetta Kizer was a professional basketball player for the Connecticut Sun of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) and Olympiacos of Greece. Before playing college basketball at the University of Maryland, she went to high school at Potomac in Dumfries, VA where she was selected to be a McDonald’s All-American and lead her high school and travel team to many titles. At the University of Maryland, she was named the ACC Rookie of the Year, honorable mention to the All-ACC team and the ACC Sixth Man Award. She was drafted 29th overall to the WNBA and had an impact on every team she was a part of. She played 166 games with 28 starts over six seasons. She had a total of 1,028 points, 477 rebounds, 85 steals, 54 assists, and 40 blocks.
She was an athletic and dominant rebounder that had a consistent mid-range jumper.
Darryl attended Northeastern University where he earned a Bachelor in Science for Business Administration. Darryl has been active in many sports for over 20 years; most of those years playing football. He played at the collegiate level at Northeastern as well as The University of Delaware. Darryl has taken his experience and knowledge from training as an athlete to becoming a personal trainer. He has also studied and received his certification from The National Academy of Sports and Medicine (NASM) to better develop fitness programs.
Darryl is licensed paramedic, and holds specialty certifications in corrective exercise, diet and nutrition, special population (elderly, pregnant, etc). Darryl’s program includes corrective stretching and exercise, core strengthening and creating a greater sense of stability; that will allow an individual to progress and feel more confident of their ability through a gradual process. When working with Darryl “Your goals become Our goals”.
Christian is from Severna Park, MD and played soccer at DeMatha Catholic during high school and at Marshall University for college. He is super knowledgable when it comes to soccer. He currently is a 4 year MLS academy Starter for the DC United team. While in undergrad, he was voted to the Conference USA All freshman team. At Marshall, he played under 6000 minutes in four seasons. He also played over seas some and played professionally with Valentine FC – NSW National Premier League Australian 2nd Division. Soccer is his passion and he ensures every athlete that touches the ball with their feet picks up key fundamentals of the sport while also having fun.
Keyanna Tate graduated from Glenville State with a degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology and health promotions. She earned her master’s degree at Salem in business management sports and recreation. In her college basketball days, she transferred from Division I Delaware State University before helping Glenville State win conference regular season and tournament titles, as well as host an NCAA Regional. Tate was an All-Mountain East Conference First Team selection in her senior year. She has her ACE Personal Certification and was also an assistant coach to the Salem University Woman’s Basketball Team. Her passion is basketball and she enjoys training every youth athlete on the sport.
Marcus obtained his Bachelor degree from Old Dominion University in Sports Management and is currently working to obtain his Masters from Towson in Professional Studies. Marcus played college football at Towson and Old Dominion where he was able to play on a full scholarship for both universities. He earned All Conference USA All Conference Team of the Week while playing football. He excelled on the field and off the field while also earning Dean’s List and Honor Roll numerous of times through out his collegiate career. During his offseason, Marcus volunteered with USA Football in Nassau, Bahamas to bring the sport of Football to the island. He has a drive and a passion to help young athletes excel in learning the sport and taking what they learn on the field to the classroom.
