Redline Athletics Weston offers state-of-the-art speed and agility training to youth athletes in the Weston area. Our facility includes basketball/volleyball courts, batting cages, and low profile turf for speed and agility training. Our strength room features Hammer Strength weight equipment, Vertimax resistance training equipment, as well as kettle bells and slam balls.

Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
Joshua has been a strength and conditioning coach for about 10 years, working with every level of sports performance. Originally from Pennsylvania, Josh started his journey working with his alma mater, Somerset Area High School, as an assistant strength coach. After a few years, he took over as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach at Bishop McCort Catholic High school. Josh worked with all sports at Bishop McCort, including the cheerleading squad, who won a national championship during his time there. In the summer of 2018, Josh interned at Florida International University where he worked extensively with the football team and learned from well respected coaches Chad Smith and Andreu Swasey. While at FIU, Josh also had the opportunity to work with the following teams: volleyball, women’s soccer, men’s and women’s basketball, swimming and diving, and softball. Josh continued his journey at the University of Miami, where he worked exclusively with the football team during the 2018 season. Josh had the opportunity to intern under great coaches at University of Miami, including Gus Felder, John Thomas, and Victor Ishmael. At the completion of the 2018 season, Josh transferred back to the private sector where he has been working with numerous professional, collegiate, and youth athletes.
Josh obtained his undergraduate degree from St.Francis University in Exercise Physiology and his masters degree at California University of Pennsylvania in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Performance and Injury Prevention. Josh has been able to learn from some of the greatest strength coaches in the nation and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Redline Athletics.
Brynn Martinez, a South Florida native, attended “The Sagemont High School” in Weston, Florida. Brynn was a dual sport athlete, playing Baseball {District Champ 2014}, and Soccer {District Champ 2013/2014}.
Martinez continued his academic and athletic career at Quincy University, Division II. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy in Exercise Science
He was a 4-year starter, playing all 220 games- winning 157 of them. A few stats representing Brynn’s career:
Brynn ended his career 1st All-time with At-bats, Hits, Runs, Games Played, Wins and Post Season Games.
Brynn tied for 2nd with career Triples and Single season At-bats, 6th All-time with Doubles, tied 3rd All-time with Stolen Bases, and 5th All-time with single season runs.
Within the GLVC Conference, Brynn made 1st and 2nd team all-conference throughout the years. Brynn Martinez also made 1st Team All-Region, NCBWA, ABCA/Rawlings 2nd Team All-Region, as well as NCAA DII Gold Glove nominee. Brynn was a part of the teams that won 2 Conference Titles and 1 Region Title, creating the Universities first NCAA DII World Series title.
Not only was Brynn active within baseball at his University. He was also a part of Fellowship of Christian Athletes leadership team, Special Olympics, and a key role in creating a Baseball Bible Study. To end his College career, Brynn received his Bachelors in Exercise Science.
After college, Brynn went on to play Independent Baseball, spending one season in the USPBL for the Utica Unicorns, and his second season in the Frontier League for the Windy City Thunderbolt. He posted a .283 batting average going 102 hits in 361 at-bats with 26 stolen bases and starting all 95 games played in.
Felipe “Pepa” Ralat comes to Redline Athletics as our specialized volleyball coach.
Pepa, as the volleyball world knows him, was an accomplished Indoor player at Indiana-Purdue University, in Fort Wayne Indiana. He reached 2 Final Fours, 1991 and 1994, a four-year starter as middle and Outside Hitter, a three-time All-MIVA Team, and 1994 NCAA All American.
Following his college career, Pepa played indoor volleyball professionally from 1990-2010. Starting at age 16 in the Puerto Rico Semi-Professional Volleyball League, in 1997 he earned MVP honors of the LVSM, Professional volleyball Puerto Rico League. All –Star Team eight years in a row
His professional career also took him to Switzerland and Brazil. Ralat was a member of the Puerto Rico Men’s National Team from 1991 to 2001, participated in various NORCECA competitions and in the 1998 Central American Games in Maracaibo, Venezuela.
As a Coach, Pepa has over 15 years of coaching experience, from High School, to college and to the highest levels of volleyball, the professional level with the Gigantes de Carolina Women’s volleyball professional team.
Morgan Dombroski is from Carroll County, Maryland, and went to Saint John’s Catholic Prep high school where she played basketball and softball. During her time she earned All-Star MVP and Rose Classic MVP in her senior year, First-Team All-County her senior year, Second-Team her junior year and won the IAAM conference championship her junior year. Morgan continued her academic and basketball career in college playing at the Division II level. Spending her freshman season at Clarion University and then transferring to Frostburg State University for the remainder of her career where she played in the highest-scoring conference in the country. While at Frostburg she earned All-Conference honorable Mention.
Morgan holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Coaching and is currently attending Nova Southeastern University where she is getting her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. With her degree, she plans to become a Sports and Performance Psychologist where she can help athletes both physically and mentally. Morgan hopes to have an impact on women’s sports in particular where she can positively impact female athletes’ mental health.
Born in Venezuela, grew up in Weston, Fl. He Played soccer for Weston FC growing up as well as Cypress Bay High School. He also played in the Preferentes division in Spain for Mislata CF. Graduated from University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who is passionate about performance training to improve speed, jump height, and general explosiveness.
Jacari Riggins played midfield and forward at Everglades High School and went on to play
at William Peace University in Raleigh, North Carolina. After earning her degree in Exercise and Sport Science she took her first strength and conditioning internship at Athletic Lab working with youth athletes, general population, and observing professional teams and competitions. She then relocated back to her home town in Miramar, FL where she started interning at University of Miami with Olympic Sports. Jacari has earned her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification.
Jacari’s favorite aspect of strength and conditioning is helping people reach their goals while also incorporating life lessons and principles.
