After his family moved to Valdosta (GA) he attended Lowndes High School where he lettered in both basketball and football, but began to shift his focus to the excitement of Georgia’s Friday night lights.
Upon the completion of high school Timothy made the decision to stop playing organized sports to fully focus on his education. Once he was done with his general studies he began studying the movements of any sport instead of only watching for entertainment, this opened his mind to the field of strength and conditioning as well as sports performance. He transferred to Kennesaw State University where he attained his bachelors degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Leadership. While at Kennesaw State he had the opportunity to learn from the director of strength and conditioning, Jim Kiritsy for a brief period of time. He is very excited for the opportunity to not only give back to the community, but also share his knowledge with today’s youth.
