Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
Meghan has over 10 year of teaching experience and has a strong background in playing youth sports.
Coach Nick Shuping is a North Carolina native. He graduated from UNC Charlotte with his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, where he also played and coached football. His coaching career began as a student assistant for the offense after playing quarterback for a season. He then became an intern with the strength and conditioning staff at UNC Charlotte, working with the staff to implement in-season, off-season, and combine preparation programs. He has worked at Redline Athletics as a Sports Performance Specialist in Cary. Nick now comes from North Carolina Central University where he held the position of Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant, pursuing his Masters of Kinesiology in Sports Administration. At NCCU Nick was in charge of the design and implementation of the training programs for the softball and volleyball teams, while assisting with football, baseball, men’s basketball, and track & field. Nick brings a passion for making athletes better on and off the field.
Coach Devin is a former New York native who brings his knowledge and expertise to the Raleigh area. Devin is a former walk-on for the LIU Post Men’s Basketball team. He made the decision to transfer and pursue his degree in Exercise Science at SUNY Brockport. It was during his undergraduate studies at Brockport that he decided to get into coaching. During his time in school, Devin has had the opportunity to assist in the design and implementation of training programs for various sports across all age groups, including those at the professional level. Since finishing his undergraduate studies, he has earned his CSCS and CPT certifications. His why is to help athletes reach their full potential mentally and physically through sound, quality instruction and has a no athlete left behind mentality
Kylee Hanson is originally from South Dakota, where she went to the University of South Dakota and received both her Bachelors and Masters in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. Kylee is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
For the last year and half at the University she worked as an intern with 9 athletic teams. During this time she also worked with the United Sports Academy where she programmed workouts for a summer strength and conditioning program for a club gymnastics team. Her most recent experience was an internship at Clemson University working with 12 sports teams.
