Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
Jake grew up in Litchfield, New Hampshire and attended Campbell High School. Coach Jake has been involved in a variety of sports from a young age including baseball, soccer, basketball, and cross country. He has competed at both the local and national level. He was a Varsity athlete and Team Captain in both Soccer and Basketball.
After high school, Jake attended Temple University in Philadelphia where he graduated with a Sport and Recreation Management degree in May 2022. During his time at Temple, Jake worked for the Philadelphia Eagles and Made Hoops Basketball as well as interning locally for the NH Fisher Cats.
Jake has had leadership roles that include coaching recreational basketball in Litchfield and serving as co-director of the Litchfield Basketball Summer Program.
During his time in Philadelphia, he worked for the Temple University Intramural Program as a supervisor and managed the student staff of game officials for all Fall and Spring sports.
“I have always had a passion for working with student athletes and coaching the next generation in team sports. My coaching philosophy focuses on the importance of values on and off the field, as well as preparation for in-game performance.” – Coach Jake
Coach Jordan grew up in Manchester, New Hampshire and attended Manchester Memorial High School. Jordan’s love for sports blossomed at a young age, leading her to explore a diverse range of athletic pursuits such as gymnastics, cheerleading, soccer, and track and field. She has competed at the varsity level for both soccer and track and field, and even went on to be a collegiate track and field athlete.
Coach Jordan pursued her academic and athletic journey at Plymouth State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports psychology. Jordan showed exceptional leadership as the track and field team captain and was honored with the esteemed Panther Award. This award recognizes individuals who exemplify the values of Plymouth State Athletics in their athletic performance, academic pursuits, and community involvement.
Along with creating pre-season workouts for her collegiate track team, coach Jordan also had a role in programming and coaching for youth soccer players when home.

Kate grew up in Windham, New Hampshire, where she discovered her love for sports early on through soccer, track and field, and snowboarding. At Windham High School, she was a Varsity athlete and proudly served as Captain of the soccer team, demonstrating leadership both on and off the field.
She continued her academic and athletic journey at Keene State College, earning a degree in Exercise Science. While there, Kate was a standout leader as Captain of the Women’s Soccer Team and gained hands-on experience working in campus recreation. She served as a Fitness Specialist—leading group fitness classes and personal training sessions—and was later promoted to Manager of the Rec Center, where she oversaw daily operations and helped mentor the student staff.
Kate has also brought her passion for fitness and performance to several gyms across New Hampshire, focusing on group training and personalized coaching. Her coaching style combines athletic conditioning with a commitment to building confidence and healthy habits in every athlete she works with.
Kate’s background in competitive sports, fitness leadership, and athlete development reflects her mission: helping others grow through sport.
