Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
Mario’s sports background is in soccer where he was a 4-year starter for Capital University, earning the rank of All-OAC. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Excercise Science from Capital and his Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University. He holds a certification from the NSCA and ACSM as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and as a Certified Personal Trainer.
Mario has worked with the nationally ranked John Carroll University Men’s Soccer Team where he helped design various programs including injury prevention and strength and conditioning. In addition to soccer, he is also experienced in training athletes and creating programs for basketball, baseball, volleyball, lacrosse, and swimming. He is passionate and dedicated to improving young athletes in all aspects on and off the field!
Coach Trevor has experience with multiple sports including basketball, football, baseball, track and powerlifting. While attending Riverside High School, Trevor was a four- year letter winner in football. After high school he attended the University of Toledo and continued to play his favorite sport, football. Aside from playing football, Trevor earned his associate’s degree in exercise science! Trevor is excited to pass down his knowledge and skills to other athletes who want to be the best they can be!
Coach Courtney is a member of our Redline Athletics team who has experience working with multiple sports including Basketball, Baseball, Softball, and Powerlifting. As a four-year collegiate softball starter and Division II All-American at Fairmont State University, Courtney brings to the table the knowledge and understanding of how best to prepare our Athletes for the collegiate level. Along with achieving All-American Honors, Courtney was a three-time All-Mountain East Conference (MEC), was awarded Freshman of the Year, and Player of the Year during her athletic career at Fairmont State. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Courtney pursued her master’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Fairmont State while holding the position of Assistant Coach for the Softball team for four collegiate seasons. Currently, Courtney is in pursuit of her personal training, corrective exercise, and performance enhancement certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Alongside training athletes in the weight room and developing strength & conditioning programs, Courtney can also offer specialized lessons and instruction for Baseball and Softball. As a Redline Athletics Coach, Courtney is ready to share her depth of athletics and training programs with our Athletes and take them to the next level!
