This location is conveniently located off the 15 Freeway; exit Winchester Rd. and head west past Jefferson. We are on the right hand side next to the Springs Community Church with plenty of parking available. This training center is over 9,600 square feet with a high intensity turf area for speed and agility training along with two batting cages, a full court basketball and full court volleyball area for skill development sessions and private lessons. In addition, our facility has a comprehensive strength room to implement our robust strength and conditioning program across our entire membership base. Customized training can be developed for nearly every sport.

Our Semi-Private workout program is the best value in youth athletic training. This program will allow your athlete to train Pre-Season, In-Season, and Post-Season. We have made the price affordable, so you can get instruction and sports performance training from our sports performance specialist and former pro athletes, and get sport specific skill work and a strength work out developed for your sport and specific position – all this for less than the typical charge for a personal trainer.
The HIIT program is designed to prepare an athlete by training at a faster pace than they would experience in an actual game. Just as the name implies, the High Intensity Interval Training program is non-stop high intensity that works great in a 60-minute session.
For athletes seeking sport specific instruction, 1-on-1 training with our team of professional and elite level athletes, will assist in providing breakthrough results. 1-on-1 training requires advance appointments and are most effective when combined with our Semi-Private Training membership.

Director of Sports Performance - Conor Foley
Conor attended Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach, CA where he lead their volleyball team to a CIF southern section championship and an overall ranking of #2 in the nation in 2008. With offers to Rutgers, Penn State, Ohio State, and UMass, Conor decided to play volleyball at UMass. Starting all 4 years and captain for 3, Conor lead the team in kills and blocks during his tenure. During his junior year and senior years, Conor trained hard and bulked up and walked onto the football team where he played wide receiver.
After graduating with a degree in Kinesiology in May of 2013 Conor interned at Velocity Sports Performance as a strength & conditioning coach where he worked with NFL combine invitees and Olympic cyclists. Following his internship, Conor obtained the position of Head Strength & Conditioning Specialist as Prime Athletes in Lawndale, CA. Conor primarily worked with volleyball and basketball athletes where he designed programs based around injury prevention and lower body explosiveness.
While at Prime Athletes, Conor increased a female athlete’s vertical by 4 inches in 4 weeks in which she later went on to win first team all CIF in her division. After training with Conor for 12 months, Carly Muller received a full scholarship to Penn State University where she later helped lead the nittany lions to a Division I women’s volleyball championship in 2013.
In September 2014, Conor received an internship as a strength & conditioning coach at the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) in Colorado Springs. During his tenure there, Conor worked with and designed programs for Olympic Judo athletes and Olympic figure skaters. Conor received certifications as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F), and as a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT).
After accepting the position as Director of Sports Performance for RedLine Athletics Temecula, Conor moved to Temecula, CA in January of 2015.

Sport Performance Specialist - Chase Salina
Chase attended Capistrano Valley High School in Mission Viejo, CA where he played football, water polo, and swam competitively. In 2009 Chase lead the swim team to a Division I CIF championship where he swam the 100m breast stroke and 200m relay. Chase is currently attending Chico State University where he is studying Business Management with hopes to one day manage a RedLine facility of his own. He wants everyone to know he’s not scared of heights and eats half his body weight in sushi and In-N-Out burgers every week.
