Our Semi-Private workout program is the best value in youth athletic training. This program will allow your athlete to train Pre-Season, In-Season, and Post-Season. We have made the price affordable, so you can get instruction and sports performance training from our sports performance specialist and former pro athletes, and get sport specific skill work and a strength work out developed for your sport and specific position – all this for less than the typical charge for a personal trainer.
The HIIT program is designed to prepare an athlete by training at a faster pace than they would experience in an actual game. Just as the name implies, the High Intensity Interval Training program is non-stop high intensity that works great in a 60-minute session.
For athletes seeking sport specific instruction, 1-on-1 training with our team of professional and elite level athletes, will assist in providing breakthrough results. 1-on-1 training requires advance appointments and are most effective when combined with our Semi-Private Training membership.

Director of Sports Performance - Antonio Bassett
A former Linebacker and graduate from Texas Southern University where he received his Master’s Degree in Human Performance. Antonio is an expert in the development and improvement of athletic performance in all sports. Along with RedLine, Antonio was a graduate assistant at Texas Southern University within the Strength and Conditioning Program. There Antonio was in charge of multiple sports; such as, baseball, softball, soccer, women’s basketball and track. In his four years coaching at TSU, he helped produce 4-SWAC Conference Championship two with Softball, Baseball and Women’s Basketball. Antonio enjoys pushing his athletes beyond their limits to ensure they are reaching their full potential.
General Mangers & Sport Performance Specialist - Jonathan Hutcherson
Former collegiate baseball player and graduate of the University of Houston, Jonathan has worked with a vast array of athletes. After graduating, Jonathan worked with the UH baseball program where he was in charge of the daily operations within the program, as well as assisting in the strength and conditioning implementation. After college, Jonathan spent three years working with the AJGA and USGA before returning to the strength and conditioning field. With Redline, Jonathan has worked as Fitness Manager within Club Corp located at the Kingwood Country Club. His philosophy is to provide youth athletes with the same training they will see at the collegiate and professional levels.
