Jake Devney is a driven and dedicated individual who is passionate about helping young athletes reach their full potential. With his deep love for sports and self-betterment, Jake brought Redline Athletics to Woodbury, providing a supportive and challenging environment for young athletes to grow and succeed. When he’s not helping athletes achieve their goals, Jake is busy spending time with his loving family, which includes his wife Laura, and children Reagan, Hudson, Easton, and Logan. Jake is committed to his community and making a positive impact through his work at Redline Athletics.
Originally from Austin, TX, Aaron is glad to now call Minnesota home, alongside his wife and two children. He joins us having worked previously with non-profit organizations in Austin and Chicago. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to start a few organizations and businesses in Texas. As a former collegiate football player (Air Force and Wheaton College), he comes to us with a love for all sports. He values the discipline and determination needed to excel at all athletic levels. He desires to see athletes and individuals, both young and old, push themselves and achieve results that they didn’t think possible. When not at Redline, he’s outside with his kids playing soccer (fútbol), riding bikes, dancing, or throwing the football, or he’s in the kitchen cooking something up with his wife.
Amaris is a passionate individual who loves sports and training. She played volleyball and hockey throughout her youth up to high school level. She discovered her love for training, and now spends her free time at the gym. Amaris finds happiness in encouraging others to train, work hard, and accomplish their goals.
Brady Germain is a certified group and personal trainer through both NASM and ACE. He holds an Associates of Science in Exercise Science and has been in the fitness industry since 2011. Brady’s passion for fitness began in high school and continues today. Brady has worked the gamut of the fitness industry from personal trainer, group fitness instructor, to individual athletic training. Brady has also worked with several age groups from high school athletes to grandparents. Brady has been coaching group classes now for the past year and a half. The unique thing he likes about group classes is seeing the community form between the members at each class as they start to hold each other accountable and help each other on their fitness journey.
Outside of the gym, Brady likes to spend time with his dog, she is a beagle mix with lots of energy and gets plenty of exercise. He also enjoys smoking ribs, burgers, and brats on his grill.

Jaime Froysland graduated in May of 2023 with a degree in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is currently working on getting his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). Played college football at St. Cloud State and University of Mary for two years before injuries and Covid-19 took over. Has 2 years of coaching experience with football, track and field, as well as in the weight room at Fargo South High School in North Dakota. Likes to work out in his free time, travel to national and state parks, and watch sports with his friends.
Tisana Lowe is a driven and competitive individual who is a seasoned athlete competing at the collegiate level both as a gymnast and track and field sprinter. Tisana graduated high school as a Level 10 National qualifier, in gymnastics, before acquiring an injury which ended her senior season early. She went on to compete in gymnastics at a local Division 3 college where she qualified for Nationals her freshman year of college before Covid-19 began and canceled the rest of the season. Tisana has coached gymnasts at each level for multiple years before deciding to become qualified as a NASM-certified personal trainer in Spring of 2023. Tisana currently holds her B.S. in Health and Well-Being Sciences and is continuing her education journey to earn her Masters in Nursing. She has worked with clients of every age group and is extremely passionate about helping others reach their own fitness goals. In her free time, Tisana competes as a natural bodybuilder and enjoys going on hikes, relaxing at the beach, and shopping with friends.
Sebastian is a Youth Trainer and Director of the RBI Academy. He participated in Collegiate baseball, at the Junior College level (Ellsworth CC), Division I (University of Maryland) and Division II (Minnesota State-Mankato). Sebastian graduated from Concordia St. Paul with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. He is full of energy and has a passion for helping athletes not only achieve their athletic goals, but helping them build integrity and discipline.
Owner and coach at Ohnstad Hockey. Justin played college hockey at the University of Mary where his teams won 2 National Championships. He has been coaching since he was 16 years old in training camps and student coaching youth teams. In 2022-2023 he was an Assistant Coach with the Isanti Outlaws in the USPHL. In 2023-2024 he was an Assistant Coach with the East Metro Stars Bantam B1 team. Justin’s goal with coaching is to find the connection every hockey player has to the sport, and remind our youth that it is an honor to be a hockey player! In 2024 Justin will coach the Woobury Bantam A team.
Cam has always had a passion for food and sports – Competing in baseball, football, and basketball throughout high school. However, despite this commitment, he faced challenges with his own weight and athletic development growing up. Determined to enhance his skills, Cam committed his freshman and sophomore years to sport-performance camps, yet he continued to face challenges with weight loss and skill improvement. A pivotal moment came during his junior year when he began researching exercise and nutrition on his own time, ultimately purchasing a fitness program that transformed his understanding of fitness and overall health. Over the next year, Cam discovered a newfound passion for health and fitness, shifting his focus from playing sports to training not only himself, but coaching and training others as well. By the end of high school, he had lost a total of over 75 pounds, gained significant strength, and solidified his commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Cam then graduated from the University of Minnesota in the fall of 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and shortly thereafter earned his CPT certification through NASM. With a unique combination of personal experience and academic knowledge, he is eager and excited to apply his journey and skills as an Adult Trainer here at Redline Athletics – aiming to inspire others to reach their fitness goals. Outside of the gym, Cam has a love for watching just about any sport that is on TV and spending time with his English Bulldog, Prince.
Tanner Eskro played College Hockey at the University of Mary for 4 years. During his time at UMary, he won 2 National Championships and was an Academic All-American. Tanner recently graduated with a degree in Coaching and Sports Management. Tanner has played hockey his whole life, and has coached competitive hockey for the last 3 years. Tanner wants to give back to the game of hockey his vast knowledge of how the game unfolds, and analyze that game at such a fast pace! You’ll see him on the ice as a coach for Woodbury Bantam A.
