The redline story

About Redline Athletics - An Athletic Development Center

In early 2025, Redline Athletics entered a bold new chapter when Chance Pearson, the long-time Chief Executive Officer, acquired the franchise system. After four years as COO and four additional years as CEO, Chance’s deep operational knowledge, passion for the brand, and unwavering commitment to its franchise owners and athletes made him the ideal leader to guide Redline into its next phase of growth.

What began in 2010 as a training facility for two young figure skaters in San Juan Capistrano has since evolved into a nationally recognized youth sports performance franchise. Built on a foundation of speed, strength, and character development, Redline Athletics helps athletes ages 8–18 become more confident, skilled, and prepared—on and off the field.

With a low cost to open, strong unit economics, and a business model that blends purpose with performance, Redline continues to attract passionate entrepreneurs and sports-minded operators. Today, Redline Athletics is more than just a training facility—it's a movement to empower young athletes and support the communities we serve.
