Our training sessions are designed to develop a youth’s natural athletic ability in a FUN, SAFE and ENERGETIC environment. Our goal is to optimize performance, build confidence and promote success on every field of play.
Our 10,000 square foot facility includes a basketball/volleyball court, retractable batting cages, and low profile turf for speed & agility training. Our strength room features Rogue weight equipment, Vertimax resistance training machines, as well as kettle bells, slam balls, jump boxes, and more.

Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
The Redline Athletics Morristown training staff is led by former Division 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, Mike Malone. Mike brings a wide range of knowledge to all of his training programs via his 15+ years of experience in professional and collegiate Strength and Conditioning programs, including University of Kentucky (member of the 2012 men’s basketball national championship team), University of Minnesota and Los Angeles Angels minor league system. Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and is an NSCA-certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Mike has an extensive background working with youth athletes at every level and has trained a 1st round draft pick in all 4 major sports (NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL). Athletes that Mike has personally trained include:

Alyssa recently graduated from Old Dominion University with a Master’s degree in Sport Management and comes with a wide range of knowledge and skills in athletics, coaching, and management. Most recently, Alyssa was the Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Old Dominion University for the 2020-2021 season. During her undergraduate years at Old Dominion, she was an active member of the women’s lacrosse team, including being named captain for her junior and senior years. She was also part of the Atlantic-Sun Conference Championship team.
While achieving her master’s degree, Alyssa was the graduate assistant for the sport management department. While at Old Dominion, she has worked in various sections throughout the athletic department, including the Facilities and Operations Assistant and as the On Campus Football Recruiting Coordinator. Alyssa has also coached for MadDog Lacrosse, based out of Wayne, NJ and SOVA Lacrosse, based out of Norfolk, VA.
Originally from Parsippany, NJ, Alyssa attended Mountain Lakes High School where she was a student athlete in Cross Country, Basketball, and Lacrosse, achieving 10 varsity letters. She also received numerous athletic scholarships and awards, including 1st Team All County for Basketball (2015), 2nd Team All County for Lacrosse (2015), and Female Athlete of the Year for Mountain Lakes High School (2015).
Alyssa is excited share her passion for youth athletics and to join the team at Redline Athletics Morristown.
Marcus “Ferg” Ferguson serves as a Sports Performance Specialist where he is responsible for the training, development and skill assessment of athletes. He has his Master’s in Sports Administration/Exercise Science and Bachelor’s in Sports Management, both from University of Akron. Marcus also holds certifications in Sports Training, Personal Training and CPR/AED.
Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Marcus attained numerous athletic achievements, both in football and track. Collegiately, Marcus was a 3-year NCAA Division 1 Regional Qualifier, 3-year letterman, and was a part of the 5-Team MAC Championships. Marcus was a 4-year high school letterman in football and 3-year letterman in track and field. He also holds the undefeated State Record for the 4×200 relay, with a time of 1:26:18.
After graduation, Marcus returned to the University of Akron as a Coach, providing speed and agility training and development for his student athletes. During his tenure with the Zips, he earned 3 Team MAC Championships and coached 8 NCAA Division 1 Regional Qualifier athletes, 8 NFL athletes, and 1 Olympian.
Marcus is passionate about providing individualized training to athletes, with the goal of helping them achieve their personal/athletic goals and looks forward to providing specialized instruction related to strength and conditioning.

Reid Chemidlin serves as a Sports Performance Specialist where he is responsible for the training and development of athletic agility, quickness, speed, coordination, strength, mobility, stamina, and explosiveness, along with technique and skill development in their primary sport.
Reid earned Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees from Sacred Heart University, and also competed on the Division 1 track and field team. Reid became the team’s top high jumper and one of the top 10 in Sacred Heart history. Reid trained under Coach Timothy Beach, who has trained numerous world-class Olympic track athletes and NCAA national champions in sprints, jumps, and the heptathlon and decathlon.
Originally from Watchung, NJ, Reid played several sports in high school, lettering in basketball and track. Reid trained with two Olympic-level high jumpers, Milton Goode and Mike Pascuzzo, during high school and college. Reid has extensive knowledge about the mechanics of sprinting, jumping, and explosive movements that he is excited to share with Redline athletes.
Reid is passionate about helping athletes reach their goals and excel at a higher level than they thought they could achieve through confidence development and a strong dedication to the right technique, hard work, and focus through every drill and repetition.
Jayda Yizar serves as a Sports Performance Specialist where she is responsible for the training, development and skill assessment of athletes. Jayda will obtain her Master’s degree in Psychological Studies with a concentration in Sports and Exercise Psychology from Seton Hall University in May 2021. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences with minors in Sociology and Africana Studies from Seton Hall. Jayda is Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED-certified.
While in college, Jayda served as manager and head manager for the Seton Hall’s Women’s basketball team, and is currently one of the team’s graduate managers. She plays a critical role in player growth and development, both during practices and games, and also supports the Seton Hall Women’s basketball staff throughout the season.
Jayda was born and raised in Westchester County, NY, and played several sports including tennis, baseball, swimming, and golf, though basketball is her passion. Jayda was a State Semi-Finalist, Regional and Section 1 Class B champion in high school.
Jayda’s long term goals are to obtain a doctorate degree in Sports Psychology, open her own practice, and/or work for a prestigious professional or collegiate program. As a member of the Redline Morristown team, Jayda hopes to not only physically train athletes but to also help them manage and maintain a healthy mental lifestyle.
