With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Winston has earned multiple certifications in Fitness and Nutrition. His expertise has had a significant impact on both local student athletes and college athletes, helping them improve their strength, agility, and overall performance. As a Strength & Conditioning Coach and former Personal Training Manager, Winston has worked with a diverse range of clients, from aspiring athletes to everyday individuals seeking to transform how they look, feel, and perform.
Dedicated to fostering the next generation of athletes, Winston is passionate about helping young athletes develop a healthy relationship with sports and fitness. He currently lives in Tyngsboro, MA, with his wife, Heather, and their two sons, Justin and Jaden.
Keegan Mills is a highly accomplished Sports Performance Specialist and former Division 1 baseball player. A three-sport varsity athlete at Campbell High School, Keegan excelled in baseball, football, and basketball, earning accolades such as High School Player of the Year in football and MVP on a state championship team. His experience as an All-State baseball player and multiple-sport team captain has shaped his belief in hard work, determination, and self-belief. Keegan is passionate about mentoring young athletes and helping them develop the skills, mindset, and discipline needed to reach their athletic goals.
Darin Div is a dedicated Sports Performance Specialist with a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. A former Division 1 track and field athlete at UMass Lowell, Darin brings firsthand experience in elite-level competition. His expertise lies in developing speed and agility through proper mechanics while also building comprehensive strength and conditioning programs. Darin holds a NASM-CPT certification and is a USATF Level One coach, ensuring that athletes receive top-tier training designed to enhance performance, prevent injury, and build confidence.
Madison Hoyt is an experienced Sports Performance Specialist with a background in competitive cheerleading, gymnastics, soccer, and volleyball. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, she has spent years coaching gymnastics and cheerleading, fueling her passion for youth athletic development. Madison is committed to enhancing physical performance while promoting mental well-being, balance, and resilience in young athletes. Her holistic approach to training helps athletes build strength, confidence, and the foundational skills needed to excel in their sport.
