In just 90 days at Redline, athletes show REAL results:
Moving the body in one direction as fast as possible coupled with the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture.
Athletes experience more success and have more confidence on their chosen field of play when they work to improve their speed and agility. They’ll react faster, move more fluidly, and make more plays.
Redline teaches proper running mechanics and posture while incorporating dedicated focus on linear speed, lateral speed, footwork, change of direction, jumping and landing.
Engaging in activities to improve performance by applying the general sports training principles of overload, reversibility, progression, individualization, periodization, and specificity. (ref 1, 2)
To achieve their full potential, aspiring Athletes must understand proper posture, balance their movement patterns, build supporting and stabilizing muscle groups, improve mobility, and enhance their coordination. (ref 3)
Redline believes in age-appropriate strength and resistance training. We prioritize safety in every movement by focusing on proper mechanics first, followed by consistency, and then intensity.
The outcome of the collective training activities consistently performed by an athlete to help him/her avoid major or season-ending injury.
Athletes want to be able to perform at their best, and they never want to miss out on games or competitions due to injury. Well-rounded Athletes who train their body and movement patterns will be better prepared, more resilient, and able to thrive throughout the demands of a season, postseason and beyond.
Redline provides a comprehensive and well-rounded program to develop speed, agility, strength, body awareness, movement mechanics, and posture. In all, it’s a great way to help ensure your Athlete stays strong, ready, and on their chosen field of play.

The facility is amazing & so is the staff! My son was very nervous about his visit but the staff was so friendly that he was quickly at ease; he was all smiles through his evaluation & he wanted to immediately take his first class after his evaluation. I also feel the pricing is very fair for the service they provide. Thanks to Redline my son will have a solid foundation of proper exercise techniques and the confidence to grow as an athlete.
Both my son’s age 13 and 10 have enjoyed Redline! Love the coaches and staff. All super friendly and accommodating. The classes are challenging but fun. Love they are learning how to properly workout and find joy in it. They are both tired after and that is a win!
Redline is a wonderful place. As I have grown and gotten stronger over the years Redline has changed my programs along the way. Whether you are a D1 prospect or a child tryin to get some exercise and self confidence it is a awesome welcoming place for everyone! Thank you for being there for me!

My interest in sports performance began when I was a youth athlete. As I got older and my opponents became more competitive, I wanted to become a better athlete. So, I went to two speed and agility trainers who instilled confidence in me as they helped me become stronger and faster, which improved my performance on the field. Down the road, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science followed by a Master’s degree in Exercise Science focusing on applied sport science, performance enhancement, and injury prevention. While finishing up my graduate degree, I began an internship here at Redline and from there, I transitioned to the position of a sports performance specialist. As my trainers have done for me, I hope to instill confidence in young athletes along with improving overall athleticism and health.

I first gained an interest in coaching and mentoring athletes when I saw the role a dedicated coach played in my life. He helped me learn how to hold myself to a high standard on and off the court, and from there I wanted to help others do the same. This journey started with me mentoring athletes in basketball, building training programs to develop their skill set, as well as mentorship to help develop their character. A saying that I live by is “to whom much is given much is required”. The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” I always knew that I wanted to make an impact in the community somehow, what I didn’t know was that this would be in the form of coaching. I grew up playing soccer, and one of the most influential factors to my success was my coach. I want to be able to create environments where athletes can grow and develop their passion for their sport. My goal is to create leaders for our society both on and off the field.
Background: Attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in 2023 and a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning in 2024.
Interned with the Head Sprints Coach at University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Interned with Shawn Powell and his staff at Cannon School
God’s blessed me with the opportunity to combine my passion with my purpose. To stay around sports in the form of a coach allows me to mentor, influence, motivate and lead young athletes. I was blessed to earn opportunities to play sports throughout high school & college but I did a lot of the preparation & training on my own. When I finished playing college football I wanted to make a difference & provide young athletes with opportunities I didn’t have when I was them.
“I just want to be the type of coach I wish I had for these kids when I was in their shoes”
Background:
Originally from South Bend, Indiana. In high school I earned a scholarship to play football @ Saint Augustine’s University in Raleigh, NC. After my freshman year I transferred to Virginia State University & graduated 2 years later with my degree in Exercise Science. Worked as an NFL Combine Coach @ Michael Johnson Performance in Dallas, TX. Worked as a Performance Specialist @ EXOS in San Diego during an NFL Offseason program. Worked as a sports performance coach @ Defy Genetics during my time @ Virginia State. Worked @ Redline – Peachtree Corners & DASH Performance in the Atlanta area before moving to Greensboro, NC. In Greensboro I was the Director of Performance @ AWOL Sports Performance before moving down to Charlotte.
Lifestyle:
Everything in my life revolves around coaching. When I’m not training athletes I’m coaching defensive backs for my high school football team. My focus is to turn around struggling high school football programs into state championship contenders. When I’m not with my athletes I spend my time watching film, working out, doing yoga, or spending time with my dogs. I have 2 Siberian Huskies – Memphis & Khiro – they’re my peace in this world. My plan one day is to own an NFL & NcBA franchise. Favorite teams are the Atlanta Falcons & Memphis Grizzlies.
Mentality:
I don’t believe in the words “if”, “can’t” & “try”. Your mentality is everything, I don’t care how many drills you do, laps you run, & weights you lift if your mentality isn’t to be the absolute best and dominate in every aspect of your sport the rest of it won’t matter. You have to choose to win, in everything you do. All the time. My biggest responsibility as a coach is to get kids to believe 110% in themselves and their abilities so they play fast, physical, and with a relentless mentality. I don’t believe in excuses or blaming others, work harder, figure it out, find a way to win, at all costs.
I pride myself in my 3 greatest traits:
Consistency, Effort, & Discipline
“Please don’t think I’m here to make you better, I’m here to make you the best”

-PLAYING EXPERIENCE-
I am from Minnesota where I received my BS in Exercise Science in 2022. Following college, I moved to Charleston to branch out from the Midwest and get any from the cold for a change. Growing up I’ve always been involved in sports. However, my passion for sports performance did not occur until I began my college journey. I finished up my schooling with completing an internship for ETS Performance. My internship grew my interest in coaching athletes of all ages and abilities and helped shape me into the coach I am today. I’ve been a Redline coach for two years now and have had a rewarding experience. I’m excited to continue coaching athletes of the next generation to help them develop into the best versions of themselves.
I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and grew up playing almost every sport imaginable. I eventually narrowed it down to baseball and football in high school and accepted an invitation to walk-on to the Southern Illinois University football team. I transferred to Northern Illinois University and earned my BA in Corporate Communications.
After college, I began a career in recreational sports management in the Chicagoland area. On a business trip to California, I met my wife Shannon, who convinced me to move to LA where I pursued a profession in gym facility management and fitness coaching/personal training.
Shannon and I relocated to Mt. Pleasant in July 2022 to be closer to family and embrace the southern charm of Charleston. During my free time, I enjoy cooking (especially smoking meat), visiting national parks and nature areas and relaxing on the beach with Shannon and our daughter, Charlotte.
I am thrilled to be working with our athletes and helping them reach their full sports performance potential!

At Redline Athletics, we believe what gets measured, gets improved. That’s why every athlete in our youth sports performance training program undergoes performance testing every 90 days. These assessments track progress in speed, strength, agility, and power — key components of athletic success across all sports.
Our coaches use the data to fine-tune each athlete’s athletic performance training program, ensuring they continue to improve in targeted areas like speed training, strength training, and sport-specific development. For parents, it’s peace of mind. For athletes, it’s motivation you can see and feel.
