Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
Angel Silverio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business from Missouri Valley College where he played two years of baseball as a middle infielder. Angel also spent two years at MVC as a coaching assistant, where he first employed high-level coaching and data-driven analytics to the athletic environment. Angel has trained athletes of all ages, developing data/results driven strength development programs. He has previously specialized in baseball/softball athletes, including arm development, arm care, pitch design, pitching sequencing and hitting biomechanics. Prior to MVC, Angel graduated from the Puerto Rico Baseball Academy & High School, where great baseball athletes like Christian Vasquez, Joe Jimenez and Carlos Correa graduated from as well.
Will Osborn attended Georgian Court University as a full scholarship athlete where he had a notable
college playing career, including setting a 3-point record. After graduation, Will continued his love of the
game by coaching collegiate basketball. Most recently, Will served as Head Assistant Coach at Mayville
State University during the 23-24 season when he recruited and developed the conference player of the
year. Previous coaching accolades include the 21-22 season as Assistant Coach at Tabor College where
he fostered a competitive and growth-focused environment and developed 5 freshman to play Varsity that
same season. Following his time at Tabor, Will served as the Head Assistant Coach at Oklahoma
Panhandle State University during the 2022-2023 season, where he trained the NAIA leading scorer.
With Will’s expertise in training, recruiting, and building strong team dynamics, Coach Will brings
invaluable knowledge, hard work, discipline, and continuous improvement to Redline Athletics.
Jake Jones began his football career as an Offensive Lineman where he earned First Team All-district in high school and was a 3 time team Captain. After high school, Jake transitioned from offense to defense as a walk-on at the University of North Texas. At UNT, he earned First Team C-USA Honor Roll and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science. Following graduation, Jake stayed on at UNT and served as an intern, focusing on strength and conditioning as well as velocity-based training for all athletes. Jake has continued to further his knowledge by working with various high school and middle school teams in their S&C programs.
Joel Rockmore was a three-year letterman at Northeastern State University in Oklahoma and two-year team captain. He was an All-MIAA selection at running back three years during his collegiate career. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Media Studies, Joel has gone to train youth athletes and adults in various roles, along with sales and business experience. He is a certified personal trainer and currently working towards his CSCS. Joel was an All-State selection and District MVP his senior year at Lake Worth High School, where he led the Bullfrogs with 2074 yards rushing and 35 TDs.
Amanda Combs grew up in San Antonio, Texas where she was a multi-sport athlete in high school. She was named an All-American volleyball player both, her junior and senior year of high school, as well as All-American in track her senior year. After graduating, Amanda attended Schriener University where she continued her love of volleyball. She was a 4 year starter and 3 year team captain. Amanda graduated with an Exercise Science and Psychology degree, minoring in Communications. She went on to play 2 years of professional beach volleyball with AVP and is currently in her second year of Chiropractic School.
Kenneth Drummond was a multi-sport athlete growing up, competing in football, soccer and track. He began his collegiate career as a top receiver at Tusculum College. After two seasons, Kenneth transferred to North Greenville University, where he earned a scholarship in both football and track. Kenneth later graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine. Kenneth has had the opportunity to work with Olympians and has gained much knowledge in the art and techniques of speed training. He has gone on to train young athletes on these concepts as well as progressions of route running.
Doug Pierce was a three-sport athlete in both high school and college. His hard work and determination afforded him the opportunity to excel in football, track and basketball. Doug’s exceptional performance earned him various accolades throughout his high school career, including 2- All District selections in Football, 2 All-District selections and a state bronze medal in track, and a 3 – All Districts and all star slam dunk champion in basketball. His achievements continued into college where he became an Indoor National qualifier in Triple Jump, collegiate slam dunk champion in basketball and 2-time All- conference performer in football. As a senior, Doug was ranked top 10 nationally in receptions and yards, allowing him the opportunity to participate in the Dixie Gridiron All-Star Classic, a prestigious event that showcases the top collegiate football player. As a result, Doug was invited to workout with two NFL teams, the Titans and the Vikings. He ultimately signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football league. He played 2 years in Canada and 2 seasons of Arena Football before wrapping up his professional career in 2014.
