This sports performance training center is 10,900 square feet including a high intensity speed and agility training area along with 2 batting cages, a basketball/volleyball court for skill development sessions and private lessons, and Ninja style exercise equipment.

Coach Jordan, Nick, Demara and Kerry all have a love and passion for the game of basketball. Redline Buffalo Grove’s basketball program was started out of a need for these experienced coaches to give their experience and knowledge back to the next generations of hoopers.Now Redline Buffalo Grove offers numerous ways for a basketball player to improve their skills and confidence:
Football
Become an explosive and fundamentally strong football player this season with the Redline Football Skills Development. Coach Alex Edmonds, former NAIA Inside Linebacker and Runningback, will lead the Football Academy on Saturdays at 10:00am. Sessions will focus upon the fundamentals: footwork, handwork, speed, strength & explosiveness in addition to position specific instruction. Coach Alex, Jordan, Nick and Kerry all played football at the collegiate level and know what it takes to develop an athlete into a competitive and fundamentally sound football player. Flag and Tackle football players are welcome!

Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
Alex attended Mundelein High School, where he participated in football, wrestling and rugby. Alex also attended Robert Morris University from 2015-2019, where he won an MSFA Conference Championship in 2016 on the Eagles’ football team. He graduated with a B.A.S. in Applied Health Sciences and an A.A.S in Exercise and Sports Studies. Alex has experience in corrective exercise and coaching in college football, as well as youth wrestling and football clinics. Recently, he helped coach his men’s flag football team to win the 2020 Championship.
Basketball coach – member Jr. NBA basketball, David Chung of Clutch Ballers travel AAU basketball has been coaching basketball for years. In addition to running numerous basketball clinics at Redline Athletics, he has run clinics in Vernon Hills and Libertyville. David has coached in the Vernon Hills feeder program and several other AAU travel basketball teams including Future Elite in Waukegan and Triple Threat in Vernon Hills.
Kerry Robinson attended Shoreland Lutheran High School in Kenosha, Wisconsin where he played football and ran track for 4 years. As a football player Kerry broke several school records; Yards in a single game, yards in a single season and yards in a career, of which all records still stand today. He proceeded to win Kenosha County Football Player of Year his senior year. He then joined Wisconsin-Whitewater to play on their 2009 National Championship team as a grayshirt. As of 2019, Kerry has started long distance running competitively, and has completed 3 half marathons so far and training towards his first full marathon. Claiming to never be a long distance runner, he has embraced the grind and become obsessed with progress. Kerry has experience coaching basketball, running football and basketball clinics and firmly believes in winning the mental battle, overcoming adversity and loving the process.
Jordan Cruz attended Notre Dame College Prep High School, playing basketball, football and baseball. Jordan chose to play football at the next level, attending Robert Morris University and later Roosevelt University. He was selected to the All MSFA 1st team conference selection during the season as a Right and Left Tackle. Jordan studied Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Kinesiology. He has experience with strength and conditioning, speed training, as well as basketball, football and baseball skill development. Jordan also holds a Performance Enhancement Specialist Certification through ACE.
Coach Demara Howard attended Crane High School where she played basketball and competed in Track and Field. During high school, she was the captain of both her basketball and track and field teams. She received many accolades, during her high school career, including multiple MVP’s, all-city, and all-state mentions, as well as an all-city championship in high jumping. Coach Demara chose to pursue basketball in college and attended Jackson State University. During college she continued to remain captain of her team and led The SWAC in rebounds. Now her focus is sharing all of the information she has procured from many years of playing and coaching, to help many others throughout the next generations with the hopes to get them to the next level and shape important characteristics for life like many of her coaches did.
Coach Nick Ruiz grew up playing every sport he could. Baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, and boxing. As a youth, coach Nick was a Chicagoland all-star for football and won multiple AYF national championships in Florida. Coach Nick attended Notre Dame College Prep playing baseball for three years, football for four years, and boxing for two years. He was the team captain of the football team as a senior, and had an integral role in leading the team to the IHSA playoffs two consecutive years. Nick went on to play college football at Concordia university Wisconsin, where he started at Wide receiver for three years in a row. Coach Nick was a captain as a sophomore and junior at Concordia Wisconsin. He graduated from Concordia Chicago with a bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching.
