Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
Jordan is a lifelong athlete from Upper Marlboro, MD. He is an avid sports watcher and loves basketball. Growing up, he played basketball at Archbishop Carroll. Jordan’s education comes from Bowie State University where he focused his studies in Sports Management. In previous roles, Jordan has worked in the front office of a minor league baseball team. He is intrigued by the business side of sports, and believes that he will be a valuable asset to the industry in the year to come.
Holly graduated from Frostburg State University with a BS in Exercise & Sport Science. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In high school, she participated in field hockey, track & field, and softball. At the collegiate level, she continued to play field hockey and was on the track team as well. She was awarded the 2019 Strength & Conditioning Female Athlete of the Year accolade. She completed her capstone project as a weight room intern at FSU, where she had the opportunity to work with every varsity team. Since college, she has primarily worked with youth athletes and hopes to help every kid establish a healthy relationship with exercise.
Coach Mickey embarked on his athletic career as a standout varsity wrestler before transitioning into the realm of professional kickboxing and Muay Thai. Garnering prestigious accolades like the WKA National Kickboxing Championship and the DC WBC Muay Thai Championship, Coach Mickey’s hunger for excellence led him to expand his expertise for the benefit of others. Now adorned with the title of NCCA-CPT, Coach Mickey’s dedication landed him a spot on the Sports Performance staff of the UMWBB Lady Terps. The two seasons there 21′-22′, 22′-23′ he contributed to the Lady terps’ Sweet 16 and Elite 8 , he continues to pursue additional certifications, including NASM-PES, NASM-SFC, and NCSF-SCS, in his relentless quest for mastery.
Bernard is a lifelong learner and youth sports coach with a background in youth fitness, strength and conditioning, as well as nutrition. Over the years, Coach Moore has worked with ice hockey athletes, semi pro football players, and youth athletes within the state of Maryland. His goal at Redline is to motivate student-athletes to believe with the right attitude, they can bring out their best. He desires to enhance athletics skills and abilities through long term athletic development, thereby reducing their risk of injury and providing nutritional information for better health.
Jade is a lifelong coach and athlete as she begins her first season with Anne Arundel Community College this fall.The Maryland Terrapin alum was a key contributor on the 2006 National Championship team. During that same season she was also named the team’s Most Improved Player, earned second-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament honors, as well as Honorable Mention All-Atlantic Coast Conference Defensive Team honors. During her four years at Maryland, Perry scored over 800 points, grabbed over 700 rebounds, and shot a career best 72.8 percent from the free throw line. Beginning her coaching career in 2011, Perry was the head coach at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School in the District of Columbia. Leading her squad to an undefeated season in 2012. Following her stint at the high school level, Perry served as a graduate assistant at NAIA-affiliate Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska from August of 2013 to May of 2014. In 2016 Perry served a season as the head women’s basketball coach at State University of New York at Canton, an NCAA Division III school, where she led the team to the most individual accolades in school history. Coach Perry brings to Redline a wealth of knowledge around the sport of basketball and looks forward to helping the student-athletes at Redline Bowie.
Durrell is a native of Prince George’s County where he played football and graduated from DeMatha Catholic High School. Durrell has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Human Performance and Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania; and undergraduate studies from Morgan State University. His previous experience includes coaching Soccer, Softball, and Basketball. Durell is a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES) and a National Association of Speed and Explosion Certified Speed Specialist (NASE-CSS).
AJ played in the National Football League, where he was a member of the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent. He later played for the LA Chargers and Houston Texans. AJ also played in the XFL, where he was voted Defensive Captain. In 2021, He played in the CFL for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. AJ graduated from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing his MBA. His passion is working with youth athletes.
Grace attended Walla Walla University, a NAIA Cascade Collegiate Conference Institution where she played her freshman year in basketball, and began mentoring the youth in the southwest region of Washington. She then transferred to Washington Adventist University where she competed as a three sport athlete in the NAIA Continental Athletic Conference in basketball, cross country, and softball. Grace graduated Cum Laude, completing a double major in Physical Education, and Health and Fitness Management, while completing internship in Prince George’s County Public Schools. Grace, a native of the Washington DC metropolitan area, participated in varsity volleyball, basketball, and softball while a student at Gwynn Park Senior High School. While promoting the value of education, she also enjoys teaching girls’ basketball and girls’ soccer for Prince George’s County Public Schools. Grace is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist and Sport Nutrition Specialist.
Lynetta Kizer was a professional basketball player for the Connecticut Sun of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) and Olympiacos of Greece. Before playing college basketball at the University of Maryland, she went to high school at Potomac in Dumfries, VA where she was selected to be a McDonald’s All-American and lead her high school and travel team to many titles. At the University of Maryland, she was named the ACC Rookie of the Year, honorable mention to the All-ACC team and the ACC Sixth Man Award. She was drafted 29th overall to the WNBA and had an impact on every team she was a part of. She played 166 games with 28 starts over six seasons. She had a total of 1,028 points, 477 rebounds, 85 steals, 54 assists, and 40 blocks.
She was an athletic and dominant rebounder that had a consistent mid-range jumper.
