Speed & Agility

What is Speed & Agility?

Moving the body in one direction as fast as possible coupled with the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture.

Why is Speed & Agility important?

Athletes experience more success and have more confidence on their chosen field of play when they work to improve their speed and agility. They’ll react faster, move more fluidly, and make more plays.

How do we train Speed & Agility?

Redline teaches proper running mechanics and posture while incorporating dedicated focus on linear speed, lateral speed, footwork, change of direction, jumping and landing.

Strength & Conditioning

What is Strength & Conditioning?

Engaging in activities to improve performance by applying the general sports training principles of overload, reversibility, progression, individualization, periodization, and specificity. (ref 1, 2)

Why is Strength & Conditioning important?

To achieve their full potential, aspiring Athletes must understand proper posture, balance their movement patterns, build supporting and stabilizing muscle groups, improve mobility, and enhance their coordination. (ref 3)

How we train Strength & Conditioning?

Redline believes in age-appropriate strength and resistance training. We prioritize safety in every movement by focusing on proper mechanics first, followed by consistency, and then intensity.

Injury Prevention

What is Injury Prevention?

The outcome of the collective training activities consistently performed by an athlete to help him/her avoid major or season-ending injury.

Why is Injury Prevention important?

Athletes want to be able to perform at their best, and they never want to miss out on games or competitions due to injury. Well-rounded Athletes who train their body and movement patterns will be better prepared, more resilient, and able to thrive throughout the demands of a season, postseason and beyond.

How do we train Injury Prevention?

Redline provides a comprehensive and well-rounded program to develop speed, agility, strength, body awareness, movement mechanics, and posture. In all, it’s a great way to help ensure your Athlete stays strong, ready, and on their chosen field of play.

What Our Athletes Say

quotes

I confidently believe, Redline Athletics has helped my son with his mental focus - we all have seen him building his physical fitness capabilities, his speed, mobility and strength and he has much
more self confidence and willpower to push himself past his comfort zone! His confidence has grown so much that he now wants to try out for his school’s basketball team in the fall! Thank you Redline Athletics!

Pam L.
quotes

Cam has loved training with your program! Getting into tackle football has always been his dream. Starting a new sport, with new kids, is hard enough. Redline is the perfect tool to get him used to the conditioning aspect, and give him more confidence heading in. He is already feeling the benefits from the great training he's received!

Brian G.
quotes
REDLINE Athletics opened their doors to our program early on in our season and we were able to maintain our performance and continue to improve because of their training and facilities. We were a young team and had to develop quickly. REDLINE was there helping each player develop, grow, and get stronger, while building that team chemistry that is vital to a program's success. Trinity can't thank trainers Brian and Jake enough for their commitment and attention to our program.

quotes

Aly has been coming to Redline since they opened in 2022 and I've left positive feedback about the facility and staff on how they have been with Aly in the past. Today was a normal visit with a few young athletes in the class with coach Brian. I thought it was fantastic that when one athlete was struggling, Elie - the owner stepped in and gave them 1 on 1 coaching and let them follow him through each exercise. I sit and watch most workouts and you can see attention & dedication the coaches give each athlete while keeping the class on course. Their interactions with the youth are amazing

quotes

My daughter is a swimmer, a sport you wouldn’t think athletic training would help, but it truly has made a huge difference! Since starting at Redline her swimming has improved tremendously, she’s dropping times in her races and making tough Championship meets. Aside from her swimming, her running and stamina have improved. She enjoys going and really likes all of the coaches, they provide a great positive and fun environment!

Performance Testing

Real Progress, Measured Every 90 Days

At Redline Athletics, we believe what gets measured, gets improved. That’s why every athlete in our youth sports performance training program undergoes performance testing every 90 days. Our coaches use the data to fine-tune each athlete’s athletic performance training program, ensuring they continue to improve in targeted areas like speed training, strength training, and sport-specific development. For parents, it’s peace of mind. For athletes, it’s motivation you can see and feel.
