Our performance center is conveniently located and can easily be accessed by nearly any community north of I70. It is over 16,000 square feet with a high intensity turf area for speed and agility training along with two batting cages, and a full basketball/volleyball court for skill development sessions and private lessons. Our recently revamped weight room includes all of the latest strength equipment to maximize critical strength gains and injury prevention. Finally, our professional coaches and proven programs address the overall athleticism of our members. This means that no matter the sport, our members see improvement. Our message is simple, “We build better athletes”.

Speed & Agility

What is Speed & Agility?

Moving the body in one direction as fast as possible coupled with the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture.

Why is Speed & Agility important?

Athletes experience more success and have more confidence on their chosen field of play when they work to improve their speed and agility. They’ll react faster, move more fluidly, and make more plays.

How do we train Speed & Agility?

Redline teaches proper running mechanics and posture while incorporating dedicated focus on linear speed, lateral speed, footwork, change of direction, jumping and landing.

What is Strength & Conditioning?

Engaging in activities to improve performance by applying the general sports training principles of overload, reversibility, progression, individualization, periodization, and specificity. (ref 1, 2)

What is Injury Prevention?

The outcome of the collective training activities consistently performed by an athlete to help him/her avoid major or season-ending injury.

Athletes want to be able to perform at their best, and they never want to miss out on games or competitions due to injury.  Well-rounded Athletes who train their body and movement patterns will be better prepared, more resilient, and able to thrive throughout the demands of a season, postseason and beyond.

Redline provides a comprehensive and well-rounded program to develop speed, agility, strength, body awareness, movement mechanics, and posture. In all, it’s a great way to help ensure your Athlete stays strong, ready, and on their chosen field of play.

College: Coppin State College

Experience/Accolades: Second team all-freshman.  Defense all conference. NCAA second round appearance.  Played semi-professional ball for the XBA and professionally for PROB. Currently is a coach and conducts player development for BC Denver.

WARREN MCCARTY

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Sport: Football

College: Southwestern Oklahoma State

Experience/Accolades: 11 seasons in Pro Football. McCarty served in a variety of roles as a coach, scout, and in front office management. In addition to serving on the Arena Football League Board of Directors, McCarty evaluated players at all professional levels including the NFL, NFL Europe, CFL, and AFL.

Sport: Volleyball

College: Metropolitan State University of Denver

Experience/Accolades: All Conference honors 2012-2015, All-State 2013-2015, 3x State Champion and 3A Player of the Year in 2015. Competed in 2 NCAA championships. Finished last season ranked 4th in the Nation.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Sport: Baseball

College: CSU Pueblo

Experience/Accolades: 27 years coaching baseball. 5 State Championships, 4-time 3A Metro League Coach of the year, 2-time Denver Post 3A Colorado High School Coach of the year, 2007 Colorado High School Coaches Association Coach of the Year. 170 wins at the high school level. Member of the 2012 Regis University RMAC Conference Champion and NCAA Division II regional participant as a coach.
