As a former high school and collegiate athlete, Noah has always had a passion for dedicated training in sports performance. Noah was born and raised in Raleigh, attended Millbrook High School, and graduated from Trinity Academy of Raleigh. He played basketball as well as football, but the hardwood is where Noah shined. He was a part of multiple winning basketball programs at Millbrook, and received all-conference honors at Trinity. After high school, Noah received the opportunity to play on the Greensboro College men’s basketball team, a NCAA division III program. Noah’s sports background has made him extremely passionate about working with athletes to improve their ability to maximize their physical potential. In high school, Noah took on a 10 week project that had the goal of increasing his standing vertical jump. He used video as well as vertical jump testing to document the results. From his hard work, Noah saw an improvement in his vertical jump of five inches!
Noah believes in a well rounded approach regarding fitness and health which includes resistance training, cardiovascular training, nutrition, sleep, flexibility training, as well as emotional and mental health. He takes pride in teaching the youth and making sure every athlete receives quality attention when it comes to learning new skills. He has the desire to motivate the next generation of athletes to learn, create positive habits, and thus see results from their hard work. One of his goals is for the athletes to enjoy their time at Redline, but more importantly to make sure they are training with effort and intensity, making the most out of each and every session.
