The 5,000 square foot facility features designated spaces to focus on speed and agility training, flexibility & mobility, age-appropriate strength development, as well as Sports performance training for all sports!

Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.
Casey was born and raised in Sioux City. He graduated from North High School in 1998. During his 5 years as a Star he was named 1st Team All-State in 1996, 1997 and 1998, while also being named to the 1st Team All-Iowa Super Team and was honored as the MVP of the All-Iowa Senior All-Star Team. He went on to play ball at Iowa State University, University of South Dakota, and Morningside University.
Casey began his professional career in 2002. He spent 4 years with the Sioux City Explorers from 02-06. Casey hit .336 in ’03 and was named Rookie of the year. In 2006, Casey joined the Kalamazoo Kings of the Frontier league where he was named a Frontier League All-Star, while winning the batting title with a .333 average. Casey finished his professional career .322 batting average.
Casey has spent the last few years focusing on providing lessons and skills training to the Siouxland area. Currently he balances his time between working with a few of the best athletes in the area and watching his 5 children’s activities. He and his wife, Bobbie Jo, love to support the local athletes and do their part to help them achieve their goals and dreams.
When asked why he was excited to join the Redline Siouxland Family, Casey replied, “ I have spent the majority of my life working with or as an athlete. I see Redline providing the best possible training from both an individual and team perspective. Redline Siouxland lines up directly with my personal beliefs on both integrity and sports performance. I am beyond excited to see how much I grow as a coach during my tenure with Redline, and I hope I can use my experience to contribute to the services Redline currently provide to the Tri-state area.”
Hello, my name is Curtis Palmer, and I am from Creston, Iowa. I am a proud alumnus of Iowa State University, having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Class of 2024. I have extensive experience in football, basketball, golf, powerlifting, and speed and agility training. Throughout my education, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals of all age ranges, from youth athletes as young as eight years old to elderly participants up to 93 years old. I bring a positive attitude and a strong commitment to excellence in all my endeavors.
