RedLine Athletics - The Woodlands
This location is centrally located in the beautiful Oak Ridge North area, close to the bustling city centers of The Woodlands and Spring, Texas. This 7,000 square foot climate controlled facility boasts an array of dedicated training areas for football, rugby, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball as well as track and field – and more! On any given day, you might find us training Olympic swim hopefuls or hosting the 12U Premier Girls Fastpitch Champions in our batting cages. You’ll see nationally ranked fencers and tennis players at work on the Vertimax while young golf enthusiasts train swing fundamentals in our groomed outdoor area. Whether your athlete has junior high, high school, NCAA or professional aspirations – our RedLine trainers and coaches have been there and are ready to help. At RedLine Athletics – The Woodlands, you’ll “train like a pro, with the pros” in a safe, comfortable and fun environment. Customized training can be developed for nearly every sport.
EVENT - SPRING BREAK OUT CAMP (March 13th - 17th)
The Spring Break Out Camp is an all-sport performance camp designed to give the student athlete an opportunity to work on their athletic skills. The camp is set up for each athlete to work on advanced running mechanics, sport specific speed drills, mental agility, force endurance, muscle endurance and coordination throughout the course of the program. This camp will take place Monday March 13th - Friday March 17th from 10:00am - 12:00pm and will include access to our special seminar Saturday sessions on March 18th from 10:00am - 12:00pm where we will discuss fitness & nutrition, female athletes in sports, and collage rediness. Whether you’re looking for a High-Intensity Interval Training or our One-On-One signature service, RedLine Athletics The Woodlands is your destination for training.
Our Semi-Private workout program is the best value in youth athletic training. This program will allow your athlete to train Pre-Season, In-Season, and Post-Season. We have made the price affordable, so you can get instruction and sports performance training from our sports performance specialist and former pro athletes, and get sport specific skill work and a strength work out developed for your sport and specific position – all this for less than the typical charge for a personal trainer.
The HIIT program is designed to prepare an athlete by training at a faster pace than they would experience in an actual game. Just as the name implies, the High Intensity Interval Training program is non-stop high intensity that works great in a 60-minute session.
For athletes seeking sport specific instruction, 1-on-1 training with our team of professional and elite level athletes, will assist in providing breakthrough results. 1-on-1 training requires advance appointments and are most effective when combined with our Semi-Private Training membership.

Owner - Hernan Roberty
Graduating in 2011 with a Psychology degree from Yacambu University in Venezuela, Hernan Roberty turned an intricate understanding of human nature into a successful business career. After moving to the United States in 2015, Hernan decided he wanted to invest in a U.S. business that people could be passionate about. An avid FC Barcelona fan, Hernan found the RedLine Athletics training concept – train like a pro, with the pros – to be exciting and unique. Currently on a powerful weight training and endurance regimen of his own, Hernan is pleased to bring the RedLine Athletics advantage to the young athletes of The Woodlands, Texas area.
General Manager - Kelly Smith
With two decades of experience in the fitness and athletics field, Kelly Smith brings her training and operations background to RedLine Athletics – The Woodlands. A proud Oregon Duck and a NASM CPT with CES and FNS specializations, Kelly enjoys working with athletes of all ages in the areas of injury prevention, nutrition, sports acceleration and core development. As a young athlete herself, competing in high school tennis and soccer as well as collegiate racquetball and weight lifting, Kelly saw first-hand the difference a preventative and progressive program like RedLine’s can make. Joining in 2008, Kelly played for the NWFA’s Phoenix Prowlers and also trained with (Chicago's) Johnny Youkana in boxing technique.
Director of Sports Performance - Dustin Danzie
After finishing high school as one of the top Defensive Back prospects in the state of Louisiana, Dustin accepted a scholarship and began his collegiate football career at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2004. After a year with the Golden Eagles, he transferred and finished his career at the Grambling State University where he could be closer to his mother while she fought a terminal illness. After Grambling, Dustin began his coaching career as the Defensive Backs Coach for Arkansas Baptist College in 2010. Coaching provided him the opportunity to find his passion for training and preparing young athletes. In 2014, Dustin returned home to Homer, Louisiana. He became an educator and coach for Homer High School, a youth mentor for the Boys and Girls Club, and also served on the Town of Homer's Recreation Committee. As the Director of Sports Performance, Dustin brings a wealth of experience in coaching, educating, and training young athletes. His passion for uplifting and mentoring athletes to be their best is exactly why he embodies the RedLine Athletics brand.
SPORT PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST - Josh Keith
As a High School 1st team All-District shortstop Josh Keith was given a scholarship to Northeast Texas Community College. After his freshman year he then transferred to Angelina College where he found out that he was an excellent pitcher. After playing junior college ball he then moved back home to Nacogdoches, Texas to play for Stephen F. Austin State University, where he spent 3 years with the Lumberjack Baseball Team. During his time at SFA Josh was a vital part of the bullpen where he came in as the set-up man or closer for the Lumberjack’s. Josh earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and minored in Health Science. He has designed sport specific workout programs and has an immense amount of knowledge about baseball and training.
SPORT PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST - Jessica Brown
My name is Jessica Brown, I am an Exercise Physiologist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. I graduated from Texas Lutheran University with a Bachelors of Science in Molecular Biology and a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. I was a Track and Field Athlete and was a part of three Conference Championships. During my athletic career I was able to become an All-American and an Academic All-American. My specialty was throwing events; I threw Shot Put, Discus, Hammer, and Javelin with Hammer being my best of the four. I love working with children and being able to teach proper form at an early age to help create athletes who are more confident in themselves as well as their sport.
