RedLine Athletics - Westminster - Coming Soon - Summer 2017
This location is located, one block North of CB and Potts or Wells Fargo Bank on 122nd. Attached to Tri County Health and next to Adams County DMV. This training center is over 12,600 square feet with a high intensity turf area for speed and agility along with two batting cages, a full basketball/volleyball court for skill development sessions and private lessons. Customized training can be developed for nearly every sport.

-Must register by Monday, July 3rd for session 2
-Ages 8-18, all abilities welcome
-All activities will be outside on the backside of Lake Village Park in Thornton, CO off York St.
-96 hours of professional instruction!!
RedLine is a youth athletic training center that focuses on developing coordination, stability, agility, proper running technique, flexibility, team building and mental focus. If we can increase movement efficiency then a child will be more successful in sports or in everyday life! This camp will introduce your child to a variety of sports while incorporating all items listed above. Our highly qualified trainers will focus on one sport per week (agenda below). There will also be a break midway through the four hour session for snacks, proper hydration and an education piece about the sport they are learning each day. This camp is designed to present the movements for each sport and not game situations or rule interpretations. All equipment is provided. Cancellations due to weather will be made up on Fridays.

Our Semi-Private workout program is the best value in youth athletic training. This program will allow your athlete to train Pre-Season, In-Season, and Post-Season. We have made the price affordable, so you can get instruction and sports performance training from our sports performance specialist and former pro athletes, and get sport specific skill work and a strength work out developed for your sport and specific position – all this for less than the typical charge for a personal trainer.
The HIIT program is designed to prepare an athlete by training at a faster pace than they would experience in an actual game. Just as the name implies, the High Intensity Interval Training program is non-stop high intensity that works great in a 60-minute session.
For athletes seeking sport specific instruction, 1-on-1 training with our team of professional and elite level athletes, will assist in providing breakthrough results. 1-on-1 training requires advance appointments and are most effective when combined with our Semi-Private Training membership.

Director of Sports Performance - Taylor Lange
My name is Taylor Lange; I am 26 years old originally from Saline, Michigan. In high school, I played football, golf, basketball, and baseball. After graduating from high school, I attended Spring Arbor University on an athletic scholarship for baseball. At Spring Arbor, I majored in Health and Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration.
In December 2013, I worked with the Spring Arbor Women’s volleyball team and took over as their strength and conditioning coach. Once I had finished at Spring Arbor I went onto continue my education at Central Michigan University in the Masters of Exercise Physiology program.
At CMU, I was a graduate assistant in Health Professions and taught undergraduate courses for the health and exercise science department. During graduate school, I did an internship at Eastern Michigan University. Here, I learned from one of the best, Coach Ron McKeefery, and worked with the football, wrestling, volleyball, swimming and diving, basketball, and track and field teams/athletes.
In September 2016, I received an internship as a strength & conditioning coach at the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) in Colorado Springs. During this time, I designed, implemented and coordinated strength and conditioning programs for: SWAT, FBI, Rocky Mountain Junior Hockey League, Fire Department, high school athletes, faculty and staff. I also assisted in teaching proper lifting and exercise mechanics to NSCA Japan, USA Ski and Snowboard, University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and athletes at the NSCA. One of the most impactful experiences at the NSCA was working with United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) and Special Forces group 10 with negotiation training in high stress situations for the cadets at USAFA under Lieutenant Aram Donigian. While at the NSCA, I received certifications as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F), and United States Weightlifting Level One Certification (USAW).
As a former college athlete and competitor, I not only have but know the work ethic, self-discipline, knowledge, and passion to be a Director of Sports Performance for RedLine Athletics. I look forward to helping kids accomplish their goals in athletic performance while having fun and building relationships.
