The location is nearly 7,000 square feet with facilities to train baseball, softball, football, basketball soccer, lacrosse and volleyball athletes. Customized training can be developed for nearly every sport.

General Manager

PJ Garcia was born and raised in Arizona. He attended Thunderbird High School in north Phoenix where he excelled in both baseball and football. During his high school athletics he earned conference offensive player of the year in football and all-region team for baseball. After high school, he received a scholarship to play baseball at Grand Canyon University where success also followed him. In his four year stay at GCU he was first team all-conference twice and second team all-conference once. After playing he stayed at GCU to coach baseball and assist in strength and conditioning. He completed his bachelors of science in exercise science. Today he continues to pursue his passion of working with athletes as a performance coach.

Head Trainer

Ryan Chesla is the head regional trainer of Arizona. Ryan grew up in Colorado and excelled in football, basketball and baseball in high school where he earned state player of the year in football his senior season. Ryan attended the University of Northern Colorado after receiving a football scholarship and obtained a B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science with a minor in nutrition. Ryan received All-Big Sky conference first team for his junior and senior year and was an All-American his senior season. After college Ryan played for the Cincinnati Bengals for two seasons. He was a strength coach assistant at the University of Northern Colorado and a strength coach at Adams State University. Ryan has his NSCA CSCS and SPS certifications.
