RedLine West Chester/Mason is Cincinnati’s premier facility for youth sports performance training. The center covers more than 13,000 square feet, including a basketball/volleyball court, 8,000 square feet of low profile turf for speed and agility drills, batting cages and a strength room featuring new Hammer weight equipment.

1 ON 1 TRAINING AND LESSONS

Concentrate on specific skills to enhance your game. Typically, 1-on-1 sessions are scheduled for 30 to 60 minutes and must be scheduled in advance with your trainer.

INTRO TO SPORTS

Professionally-coached early athletic development program tailored for athletes ages 3 to 7 of any skill level.  They’ll enjoy learning to catch, throw, kick, run, skip and more in this fun, upbeat program.

THE WEST CHESTER/MASON PERFORMANCE TEAM

Redline Coaches have a passion for Athletes. Their battle-tested professional and collegiate experience combined with their education and certifications create a positive, high-energy environment.

CONNOR GRAHAM

DIRECTOR OF SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Connor Graham, CSCS, is our Director of Sports Performance and oversees programs at our West Chester and Loveland locations. Connor was a 5th-round draft pick of the Colorado Rockies in 2007 and played 7 seasons of professional baseball, regularly hitting 100 mph from the mound while facing the likes of Bryce Harper and Giancarlo Stanton. He has a degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist. Also known as Coach Yeti, Connor has trained hundreds of young athletes and is passionate about helping them improve not just strength and speed, but their confidence and determination as well. He can also deadlift nearly 600 pounds, so he still puts in his own work everyday.

JOHNNY LONG

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Johnny Long is our Assistant Director of Sports Performance. He was an All-State football standout at Princeton High School, racking up 85 receptions at wide receiver during his senior season alone. At the college level, he played for the University of Akron and Ashland University, where he earned a bachelor’s in exercise science and master’s degree in applied exercise science. He was a graduate assistant coach at Ashland after his playing career. Johnny has worked with athletes of all ages in all sports and has worked with our West Chester members on speed/agility, strength and mobility since we opened in May 2018.

MARK FOWLER

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Mark played collegiately at Wright State University and was named the schools Male Athlete of the Year in 2015

 

RYAN ZIELS

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Ryan was 1st Team All GMC in baseball for Fairfield HS and played college baseball for Union College and Miami University Hamilton

 

ARISSA FREEMAN

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Arissa was an All-American track athlete at Walnut Hills HS and a 4-year athlete at Miami University

BASKETBALL INSTRUCTOR & 1-ON-1 COACH

Nike All-American at Lakota East, played collegiately at University of Miami (FL) and professionally in Israel and Europe

FRANK STRAUB

FOOTBALL INSTRUCTOR & 1-ON-1 COACH – LINEMEN

Offensive lineman for University of Cincinnati Bearcats from 2002-06, current O-Line coach for Middletown High School

 

TRA'VON CHAPMAN

FOOTBALL INSTRUCTOR & 1-ON-1 COACH – QUARTERBACKS

Tra’Von was a 2-time 1st team All-State QB at Theodore Roosevelt HS and played quarterback for the University of Akron from 2014-16

 

TYLER THAMANN

SPORTS PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Ty played catcher in college for 4 years at Miami University Hamilton and is a coach/instructor for U.S. Baseball Academy and the Hamilton Joes

BASEBALL PITCHING INSTRUCTOR & 1-ON-1 COACH

Logan was a standout pitcher for Princeton High School and Asbury University
