Redline Athletics Webster is the preeminent speed and agility training center for all athletes in the Webster, Clear Lake, League City, and Friendswood area. The brand new training center is over 8,100 square feet including a basketball/volleyball court, low profile turf training area, Hammer Strength weight room, and batting cages.

Tyrone “TJ” Howell was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Where he attend Withrow High School. He was a two-sport athlete (Football & Baseball) he received recognition in both sports at the high school ranks ( 1st team All City and 1st team All District in baseball in football ). Coach “TJ” played both sports collegiately at Tiffin University. Shortly after his time in school TJ spent 2013 – 2016 playing professional baseball within the Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Pirates farm systems before signing with the Columbus Lions of the NAL (National Arena League) in 2018. Following the 2018 arena football season, TJ was invited to mini-camp with the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions before finding his passion in the sports performance field. Since making the transition from athlete to trainer, Coach TJ has operated NFL combine programming as well as NFL vet offseason programs. His new found passion has led him to train athletes like Lavonte David (Super Bowl Champion), Jordan Evans, Adarius Taylor, Devante Bond, DeShawn Williams, Amongst others currently in the NFL or awaiting the 2022 draft process. Along side those two programs, TJ has ran youth speed and agility camps, high school strength and conditioning programs, as well as college offseason programs for various sports (Football, Baseball, Basketball and Soccer) focusing on performance and sport specific training as well as overall speed training. TJ’s goal at Redline is to help kids achieve their athletic goals and present the kids with the mentality that all things are possible through hard work and dedication.
Yessenia Abigail Ayala, better known as “Abi,” was born in San Diego, California. Shortly after, she moved to Texas in 2008, and when she began high school, she was a two-sport athlete playing varsity and club soccer and running in cross country. She took her school to cross-country regionals and was a two-time MVP award winner. After high school, she attended Texas State University, where she earned her degree in Exercise and Sports Science. During college, she spent her summers providing personal soccer training to young athletes. After finishing college, she now works as an assistant coach for the Houston Dynamo/Dash youth program. Working with this organization has enhanced her ability to adjust each session that will best suit the skill set of any player, whether basic, intermediate, or advanced. Additionally, from being with this program, she has experience coaching various ages and in multiple settings such as camps, clinics, and weekly training sessions. Her goal is to provide athletes with a training experience that will teach them fundamental skills to take their game to the next level.
Karina Conner was born and raised in San Jose, California. She participated in track and field, basketball, softball, and flag football. Karina currently holds the record for the Sprint Medley Relay at St. Ambrose University as the 200m leg. Karina has her Associates of Arts in English, Bachelors of Science in Human Performance and Fitness, and Masters of Science in Coaching and Exercise Science. She participated in the sports medicine internship with the Los Angeles Sparks for 2 years. Karina joined the United States Army where she served as a Signal Support System Specialist. She has worked for over 10 years training and developing programs from all demographics. Karina encourages everyone she interacts with to be the best version of themselves. She loves giving back and helping others.
Uriah “Coach Yuri” West was born and raised in Douglas county, Georgia. He was a three-sport athlete (Football, Basketball, Track & Field ) receiving accolades in mainly football as he was selected to the all state team twice while also rushing for nearly 4,000 yards leading his highschool team to their first playoff berth in 8 years. Coach Yuri went on to play football collegiately at Jacksonville State University; debuting by setting a rushing touchdown record with three touchdowns as a freshman and winning two Ohio Valley Conference championships as a team captain. He then went on to play as a graduate transfer at Rice University for his final season in 2022, helping them reach the Liberty Mutual Bowl and ending a bowl game drought. During his time in college, Coach Yuri also trained and helped mentor kids in his college and home community. He specializes in both football and basketball training. Coach Yuri’s goal is to not only build a great athlete but to also build a happy one as well as he teaches the children how to improve while also having fun working toward their individual goals.
Coach Ed Fairley was born and raised in San Jose, CA. He played basketball through junior high and high school, ultimately going on to earn a spot as a walk-on at San Jose State University. After college, he played in a Pro-Am league in San Francisco for eight years. Coach Ed moved to Chicago in 2003 where he started his personal basketball training business “The Hoopologist;” training kids all around Chicago, including nine Life Time Fitness gyms. He has coached 10 AAU teams, 6 high school teams, and conducted training sessions for hundreds of individuals. In 2016, Coach Ed and his family relocated to the Houston area, his motto is” bring me your best, we will make you better”.
Tyler Zarella is a local athlete born in the League City, TX area. He played both football and baseball for Clear Falls High School where he lettered 1 year on the gridiron and 3 years on the diamond. Having a history of playing as a utility player at Falls he found his calling on the mound. After receiving all-district and all-county recognition he took his career to Alvin Community College where he posted a 3.20 ERA over 45 innings in 2019, earning a spot in the Texas-New Mexico all-star game and 2nd team all-conference honors. Tyler continued his career at Houston Christian University in 2021 where he faced top programs including #10 Texas Tech, Texas A&M, and CWS participant Oral Roberts University. After a rocky first year at HCU Tyler found success out of the bullpen for the Huskies. In 2022 he managed to lead the Huskies on the mound, under head coach Lance Berkman, with a 3.08 ERA over 25 appearances and a WHIP of 1.06. Hitters batted .196 when facing Zarella. In 2023, he completed his career at Tennessee Tech University playing under legendary coach Matt Bragga and the Golden Eagles. Tyler led the Ohio Valley conference in pickoffs and picked up a pair of strikeouts over 1 inning in a 12-5 victory over #19 Tennessee Volunteers. Tyler is now an assistant coach at Alvin Community College.
