Ryan started four years of Division 1 Baseball at East Tennessee State University. He is one of only two pitchers in ETSU history with 300 innings and strikeout, second All-Time with 317 strikeouts. He was seven time Academic All-Conference and Commissioners award recipient for academic excellence. Ryan started internationally with the 2019 Australian Baseball League Champion Brisbane Bandits. As a RedLine Athletics coach, Ryan hopes to provide an environment that encourages athletic and individual growth. He believes physical and mental strength are critical for an aspiring athletes to accomplish their goals. Ryan aims to continue to challenge athletes to push themselves in both aspects, while maintaining a fun learning environment.
Josh attended Troy University (DI) then eventually transferred to Montreat College (DII, DII-NAIA) in Asheville, NC. He played three seasons at Montreat College during which time he was a three year starter at SG. He finished his career with 700 points and in 2015 was the Team MVP as well as All Conference Honorable Mention. He finished Top 25 in DII for 3PT’s made/game and 3PT FG% and tallied up a career high in points per game (16.5), shot (42%)from the 3pt line, and a career high 31 pts. Josh was offered to play professionally for the Brazilian club team Basquete Osasco in the Paulista Brazilian League. As a RedLine coach, Josh desires to make a positive impact on kids’ lives by giving back what he learned. He believes athletics give many outlets and opportunities to become successful in personal life and in society. His goal is to mentor and inspire young athletes on their journey to achieve their unlimited potential, fulfill their dreams, and experience the most success in life and sports.
Ed played football at Maryville College for 4 years where he excelled as a wide receiver. He was first in all receiver categories from 2012- 2014 and led his team to win back to back championships in the USA South conference- the first in school history. Ed left his mark in the record books at Maryville College by tying the school record for most touchdowns in a single game, and ranks 3rd all time in receiving yards for his career. Ed was selected to the All-American game his senior year- one of few represented by the USA SOUTH conference.
Ed has a passion for football and has endless knowledge to help youth athletes reach their goals on the football field. Though life is more than just football, Ed strives to use it as an instruction tool to teach discipline, character, team work, integrity, and accountability. Being a positive influence in a young child’s life is worth everything.
Rachel played soccer all four years at Tennessee Wesleyan University where she was a part of 3 consecutive AAC Conference Championships. In 2017, she was top of her class for most assists, and in 2018 made school history by finishing Elite Eight in the NAIA National Championship Tournament. Senior year, Rachel was presented with Female Champions of Character Award.
Rachel loves sharing her knowledge and experiences with young athletes allowing them to grow and develop as soccer players. She enjoys watching skill and confidence build up throughout training ensuring the athletes have fun while doing so.
