We have the ability to match the needs of each athlete regardless of sport. We are located within the Dexter Crossing Shopping Center across of Busch’s Grocery Store.

Weekly Elite Soccer Camp
1 Time a Week For 10 Weeks

Price: $249 for all 10 sessions
As soccer players, there is a constant need to grow and develop in a number of areas, from strength and stability to endurance to speed. As the summer approaches many parents find that it is time to give the child “a break” from the sport to prevent burnout and this is 100% true. This does not, however, mean to stop training all together. The term most commonly used is “relative rest” which refers to the idea of changing the training routine to decrease repetitive stresses. General activity and fitness should continue, just in a more structured fashion.
Cross-training is a form of relative rest. It allows the body to be moved through different patterns than that of a soccer practice to allow the body to move in different ways. By doing this, we unload overused areas and develop strength and resilience for a more durable athlete.
The purpose of this weekly session is to push each athlete to the height of their potential during a time in the season when soccer is less strenuous. This camp will have a strong focus on injury prevention through accessory work and corrective movements, jump mechanics, transitional speed and strength training that translate to improvements on the field.
