Kaiya Coleman will be our General Manager and Director of Business Development. She is a native of Laurel, MD where she was a 4 year, two sport varsity athlete in Basketball and Track & Field. She went on to continue her academic and playing career at Coppin State University where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science in May 2019. Following graduation, Kaiya joined the Coppin State Women’s Basketball coach in staff prior to joint the Redline Glen Burnie family.
Terrick Gaines (Coach Gaines) has over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and coach. He began his personal training career in the Spring of 2002 at Bally Total Fitness in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2005, while
attending Morgan State University, he was awarded the job of strength and conditioning coach of the Morgan State cheerleading team. The team went on to win multiple Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championships. Coach Gaines has also had the task of being the running back coach for Mergenthaler Voc-Tech High School and Maryland athletic powerhouse, DeMatha Catholic.
Coach Gaines has worked for celebrity trainer Monte Sanders who is the trainer of NFL all pro Ray Lewis and ED Reed. He also served as trainer of former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jeremy Butler, Carolina Panthers
defensive end Ryan Delaire, Denver Broncos defensive end Shaneil Jenkins, Towson University linebackers Diondre Wallace and Chris Tedder and LFL players Tashawna Gaines and Kim Jack and many more. Mr.
Gaines has trained many children, executives, law enforcement officers, high school, collegiate and professional athletes.
