The RedLine staff has always been incredible to my family and me. This is the only place that I am able to work out alongside my siblings and dad. The trainers promote an intense, but fun training environment that suits anyone. Barret Arthur, College Baseball Player and RedLine AthleteThey are extremely knowledgeable and are able to relate to each and every client while making them bigger, faster and stronger.

Since beginning my training with Lindsey, Erik, and Dave, I have become much more versatile and agile. I have noticed in the past three years that I am getting to more balls in the outfield and getting better jumps on steals. They emphasize speed and quickness in everything they do, and that is what it takes to get to the next level. My opportunities at the Division I level have grown exponentially because of the confidence my coach has in my abilities. There is nothing better than knowing your coach feels at ease when he puts you in the most clutch situation.

In order to compete at the highest level, an athlete has to train at the highest level. Transitioning from playing baseball at the amateur level to becoming a professional, I knew I needed to take my game to another level.
Jeff Kaplan, Professional Baseball Player and RedLine Athlete
After one offseason at RedLine, I saw an increase in athleticism, strength and velocity. I have seen my hard work transition into success at the professional level. RedLine gives athletes the competitive edge that they need to progress and improve in whatever sport they play. The RedLine staff knows what it takes to play at the highest level – they will help you reach your fullest potential.

I am truly blessed to be able to call myself part of the Redline Family. The eight months I spent working with Lyndsey, Erik, and Dave made me a better trainer and a better person. As I prepared to join the Cleveland Indians for spring training, Lyndsey, Erik, and Dave elevated my redline-athleticsathletic abilities to a level I have never been before.

It was obvious after I reported to camp that I was not only in the best shape but was also one of the best athletes of the entire minor league pitching staff. This has translated to an increase in velocity, movement, and comand of my pitches. I am looking forward to a successful season and Redline is to thank for my improved overall game!

If you want to become an elite athlete, then you should train at RedLine Athletics. Lyndsey, Dave, and Erik are top notch when it comes to training. Dave will especially train you until you are no longer able to stand, and then you will train some more. It is not an easy path to choose, but it is very rewarding in the end. You should not sign up unless you have the mind set that you will run through a brick wall to get better. I increased my vertical jump 4 inches, my 40 and 60 times went down by 2 tenths of a second, and my fastball began to jump even more than usual.

The training that I went through took me a long way, but I still had to work extremely hard. I can say that there is a strong correlation between going to RedLine Athletics and my increase in overall athletic performance. I will not recommend any other place to train. Not only will the trainers at RedLine help improve your performance on the field, court, etc., they will also improve you in every other area of life as well. Lyndsey is a great role model for young players and he is someone that they should emulate. As a result of training at RedLine, I became a well-rounded individual rather than just a ball player.
