RedLine Athletics offers group or personal training for Orange County residents and athletes at its flagship location in San Juan Capistrano, California. We offer fitness training similar to a personal trainer, but we emphasize core stability, speed development, running form and running agility, strength training, and skill development. Our instructors specialize in batting instruction and hitting instruction for baseball and softball players of all ages. We also offer pitching instruction, throwing mechanics and general fielding skills development. We offer training for football players and other athletes at all levels of play.
RedLine offers training sessions for adults, high school and college athletes, and for kids. We also provide instruction for sports teams and groups. Our goal is to develop our athletes at an early age, progress them into a high-impact athletic career, and into the elite ranks of college and/or professional sports. Our customers include professional athletes, student athletes from throughout Orange County, California, including San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Laguna Beach, Irvine, Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest, and Aliso Viejo.
