Our baseball specific training program is matched by no one in the area! We say that with the utmost confidence. We not only cover the skill development (hitting, throwing, pitching, fielding, base stealing, ect.), but RedLine has developed a 40 week strength and conditioning program which is highlighted by an arm velocity program and a bat velocity program. This program takes an athlete from the beginning stages of training and builds them up for the long haul of a baseball season. However, it’s the In-Season strength training that gives RedLine the upper hand. While most programs put In-Season training on the back burner, RedLine’s regimen keeps it’s athletes strong and healthy all season long.
Baseball is one of the only sports, that at the end of the season, you can get out of shape!!! This will not happen if you train here at RedLine!!
