This program is specifically engineered for each person individually. For example, for non-athletes and adults, “weight training” does not consist of merely heavy lifting and muscle gain. Instead, designed with the participant in mind, the program incorporates many different kinds of exercise methods. These include cardio, resistance training, circuit training, body toning, and general health improvement.
When dealing with athletes, we put an emphasis on strength building, mechanics improvement, and functional, weight and resistance training. Additionally, we take great care to focus on injury prevention, which is a necessary focus for every athlete.
