Our Semi-Private workout program is the best value in youth athletic training. This program will allow your athlete to train Pre-Season, In-Season, and Post-Season. We have made the price affordable, so you can get instruction and sports performance training from our sports performance specialist and former pro athletes, and get sport specific skill work and a strength work out developed for your sport and specific position – all this for less than the typical charge for a personal trainer.
The HIIT program is designed to prepare an athlete by training at a faster pace than they would experience in an actual game. Just as the name implies, the High Intensity Interval Training program is non-stop high intensity that works great in a 60-minute session.

Brad Hinkle GM of Colorado Springs and VP of Operations
Brad Hinkle has an impressive resume that includes previous experience in both the Cleveland Indians and the Pittsburgh Pirates professional organizations. With a consistent fastball pitching speed of 90-91 miles per hour, Brad was able to allow very few hits and logged many strikeouts while pitching in the professional arena.
Brad Hinkle was a standout at Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Michigan where he was a two sport player in basketball and baseball. On the diamond he had an impressive 15 starts with a 15-0 record in these starts. He also logged 14 complete games of the 15 starts. Brad Hinkle was named to the All-American team his senior season at Spring Arbor University, and was the 2008 NCAA National Pitcher of the Year. Brad graduated from Spring Arbor University and has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Fitness Management.
Prior to opening the Colorado Springs location, Brad has spent 3 years at Redline Athletics in San Juan Capistrano, California, serving as the Head Pitching Instructor and a Sport Development Specialist. During his time at Redline, Brad developed private sport training, as well as strength and conditioning programs. Brad helped Redline become the most sought after training facility in Orange County!

Erik Korop VP of Sports Performance
Erik is a former Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New York Mets. He has worked alongside many of the current and up and coming stars in the New York Mets organization. His duties include speed, strength, and core development. As well as, injury prevention.
Erik is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has also worked at various collegiate programs which include: Baylor University, Oregon State University, University of Oregon, and Western Oregon University. His experience in training includes sports such as baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball, and cheerleading.
Erik earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Oregon. While attending the University of Oregon, he studied strength and conditioning under Head Strength Coach Jim Radcliffe, who is a leader in his field. Erik played college baseball at Lane Community College (Eugene, OR) and Rockford College (Rockford, IL).
