In order to compete at the highest level, an athlete has to train at the highest level. Transitioning from playing baseball at the amateur level to becoming a professional, I knew I needed to take my game to another level.
After one offseason at RedLine, I saw an increase in athleticism, strength and velocity. I have seen my hard work transition into success at the professional level.
