RedLine is a sport specific training facility. We help athletes become stronger, faster, and more powerful. Our goal is to have our students take what is learned about their bodies and convert it into “real sport situations and movements”.

We offer specialized instruction for Core Stability, Speed Development, Power, Running Agility and Form, Skills, Strength Training.

McKenna understands the importance of Redline and how training is essential to each one of her golf shots. Training at Redline has improved her strength and sheer athleticism, bringing her golf game to an entirely new level.

On June 18, 2010, Kate Dickman verbally committed to play softball at the University of Utah.

Kate started training at RedLine in the beginning of 2009, and has bought into the importance of serious athletic training. She came to RedLine already a gifted athlete, and has thrived under the guided instruction of the training staff!

As a freshman at Capistrano Valley HS, Kate was voted Newcomer of the Year. As a sophomore, she was voted Most Inspirational Player. Her junior year she was voted Team MVP and also garnered South Coast All League Honors.

Kate is currently playing at the highest level possible for her age in the club softball arena. She is a standout on the 18 Gold Team-Courage. Since the beginning of the summer season, Kate has been a statistical leader in nearly every offensive and defensive catagory!

We are so proud of her and will have her ready to pursue her collegiate softball career and give her a head start over the other athletes!

In the blue corner, Joel Atkinson is an incoming freshman and RedLine Athete that signed a scholarship with OSU to play baseball. His opponent: none other than Lyndsey Simmons, ex-OSU standout and RedLine Athletics founder and trainer.

As a senior, Lauren was recently named 2010 Scholar-Athlete of the Year at JSerra Catholic High School, and was recognized similarly by the Trinity League.

At JSerra, Lauren collected eight (8) varsity letters, including four (4) in water polo and four (4) in softball, and served as a team captain on each team. Lauren earned an All-Trinity League Second Team selection as a water polo player, but we at RedLine expected Lauren to accept an offer to play Division I softball (especially Dan, her hitting coach). Lauren surprised everyone by being recruited to multiple college rowing teams as well.

Lauren will be majoring in biology and pre-med at Creighton. We believe Lauren is a great example of the versatility of the athletes in our All-Sports training program at RedLine.
