I am truly blessed to be able to call myself part of the Redline Family. The eight months I spent working with Lyndsey, Erik, and Dave made me a better trainer and a better person. As I prepared to join the Cleveland Indians for spring training, Lyndsey, Erik, and Dave elevated my 
athletic abilities to a level I have never been before.
It was obvious after I reported to camp that I was not only in the best shape but was also one of the best athletes of the entire minor league pitching staff. This has translated to an increase in velocity, movement, and comand of my pitches. I am looking forward to a successful season and Redline is to thank for my improved overall game!
