Redline is essential to any student athlete who wants to get their skills and fitness to the next level. Since coming to Redline, I have noticed a dramatic improvement in all areas of my game. Their motto of “speed, power, and core”, plays a huge part in the success of any sport. I came to Redline as a committed player and I wanted to be fully prepared for the rigors of Division 1 collegiate athletics as well as be prepared for my senior season of high school. I started two months before the beginning of lacrosse season and not only did I excel in my physical abilities but also in my stick skills as well because of the sport specific training. My coaches as well as parents were blown away by the results. I owe all my success in the future to these guys because they made it all possible. Erik and the rest of the trainers at Redline became a second family to me and because of their readiness to help me reach my goals, I looked forward to training and getting better everyday.”

Adrienne Anderson Player of the Week (SMCHS LAX)

May 16, 2011 by

Adrienne scored seven goals Saturday to lead Santa Margarita to a 15-2 victory over JSerra, which clinched the first Trinity League title for the Eagles.

During the week, she had 19 goals and five assists in games against St. Margaret’s, Los Alamitos and JSerra.

Anderson is one of 20 players selected to represent the LA /Orange County region at the U.S. Lacrosse National Tournament in Stony Brook, N.Y. in May.

“Adrienne is one of the hardest working athletes I’ve ever had the privilege to coach,” said Coach Cressita Bowman. “She never gives less than 110 percent and she is extremely focused. Adrienne’s remarkable speed and diligence to out hustle her opponents is what sets her above the rest.

“She is a huge asset to our team and I strongly believe she will continue to be a standout player on the Stanford team to whom she just committed.”

In the winter of 2011, with my first Spring Training around the corner, I was in need of a facility to get me in the best shape of my life.  I had just moved from Ohio and I was new to the area.   The Redline “family” really made it an easy transition to a new state and helped me reach my goals.  Family is really the only way to describe the staff and environment at Redline Athletics.  You feel like you are a part of something and it allows for you to excel.  Along with the family atmosphere, the other thing that I really liked about Redline is the “sport specific” training to help each athlete reach their goals.  I would recommend Redline Athletics to all ages especially young athletes.  It is a great way for kids to learn how to activate their core, increase their body control and get a sense of how your body moves to stay injury free.   Redline over everything!
